Do you want your business appreciated and valued? Then take it elsewhere! Wells Fargo and this branch specifically are a bunch of clowns who refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, even if you’ve been there over 30 years. Loyalty means nothing to them. Do yourself a favor and deal with a bank that appreciates your business.

Went into this branch today to get my pin changed and was told no one could help me and I’d have to make an appointment to come back tomorrow. I said you close in an hour and a half how long does this take? The manager told me it takes 5 minutes but that she was very busy and wouldn’t be able to help me that day and I should make an appointment for tomorrow so she wouldn’t be too busy tomorrow to help me. This explanation took 3 minutes for her to turn me away when she could have just done this quick thing. I left and went to another branch in freehold where their help was fast and easy. Really just an unacceptable response.

Joy, a lovely woman who works at the Freehold Wells Fargo, is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Always so helpful and kind, making banking easier for me. Everyone go to Joy.

This is the worst bank branch I have ever seen. The staffs are ok but the manager is very nasty, disrespectful and imcompetent, who is a shame to WellsFargo.

The manager is the worst ever! She is very nasty, disrespectful and incompetent! I literally don't understand why she is a manager. In addition, some staffs there also have no idea of what they are doing. I cancelled all my accounts and never went back and would not recommend it to anybody!
