I wish to praise Jasper, who works in the pharmacy in Mounts Corner, Freehold. Jasper was very helpful when I had questions about my drug coverage. She took time to work out my issues and straighten out my new insurance. I was very concerned about the cost of my Tier 3 heart meds and Jasper was kind and knowledgeable and relieved my fears. wow, rudest and laziest cashiers they got going. I walked in to drop off a Fedex package just as the cashier was arguing with the current customer. Then she told me the package was "too big" for them to take. I went outside and scheduled a free pick up from Fedex.

Walgreens pharmacy manager that worked tonight- Do Better! Completely rude and unprofessional!!!!Come in with a script that has a substitution signed by a doctor and refuses to give me medication even when the prescription reads substitution remissible. Tells me I need a fresh script. Funny how that works when you are the only pharmacy that gave me an issue! Thanks to Walgreens of East Windsor who knows how to read prescriptions and follows doctors orders- I was able to get my eye drops elsewhere! Learn how to do your job and not be an asshole to people! Also to the pharmacist named Marcus- do not accuse people of forgery when you didn't read the script fully the first time! Unbelievable! Do not waste your time at Walgreens pharmacy on West Main St in Freehold!!!!

This place used to be the bane of my existence. Long waits, snotty cashiers, screwed up scripts. It made me wonder how it stayed in business because everyone knew what a mess it was. Oh how times have changed. The last few times I've come here the service has been exceptional. Friendly employees, quick service, kind of what it should be. They even straightened out an insurance issue without me even asking!! I stopped in today to drop off and wait for a script. I was third in line and waited only 10 minutes to get to the register. A significant improvement over the 30-40 minutes it used to take. In the back, multiple people were plugging along filling bottles with pills and prepping meds. When I said I was going to wait I was told it would be about 40 minutes. So I sat. The line continued to move efficiently and the counter help was friendly and helpful. I was surprised when they told me I was ready after just 20 minutes! I honestly expected it to take an hour. Overall, I've been impressed lately. I'm not sure what changed but whatever it was it was the right move. Hopefully it isn't just a fluke.

This is my last time dealing with this disaster of a pharmacy. They constantly bill the wrong insurance on me. Doesn't matter if I tell them the correct one when I bring in my scrip. Doesn't matter if rhe doctor puts it in the scrip if it gets sent electronically. Then, when I go to pick it up, I have to leave and come back again. It's just a mess from top to bottom. A dozen people waiting on line with only 1 person working the counter and 8 more scurrying around . If you want to add blood pressure and ulcer meds to whatever meds you're getting here, by all means, keep patronizing them. Me, I'm done!

I wasn't thrilled with my cashier she lied to me I asked for receipt she said she emailed it not true bc she simply did not want to do her job . Now I don't know if I received my accurate discounts.... I love mist Walgreens bit this one was way below par. The same cashier told to move as she walking through the isles . Not a good look for such a reputable company.

The pharmacy is horrendous. I've been trying to call them about my prescription for over an hour now. I'm on hold for a long period of time only for them to pick up the phone and hang up. I even called the store manager to tell her and the same thing happened again. I have had numerous problems with them filling my prescriptions and the staff is always rude. This was the last straw. I am transferring all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and telling everyone about my experience.

I just talked to a HELPDESK agent with heavy Indian accent. He kept me on hold for 30min without helping on my vaccine request Worst customer service ever.

Super convenient location! I almost always find what I need here. They also are 24 hours so you can't beat that. They also had covid social distancing lines and signs which is good to see. Will be back in the future.

Well Walgreens has now slipped in my ratings. No one should have to wait 20 min to drop off a prescription and an hour to fill it. A few months ago they only gave me half my prescription and they acted like it was my fault. I also had two prescriptions for similar items and they only filled one. Did they call and ask which one i wanted? Of course not. When i said I wanted the other med instead, they said they won't take back meds even though it was still sealed in the bag and I was still at the counter. They should have given me the right med and tossed the other one at their expense. When i asked why I wasn't notified I got what I call the Walgreens shrug, which means they don't care one bit. This is not the first time where there was an issue and instead of trying to contact me, they let it sit until I come to pick it up, then do the shrug when I asked about it. The uncaring attitude adds to the low score. The cosmetics department is well stocked but the people that work there need to take it down a notch or ten. If I say I don't need help, it's not an invitation to keep pestering me. Once I even said I had a headache and didn't want to talk, she still kept bothering me. I only use Walgreens when I have to.

I can't give zero stars because this won't post!! DO NOT USE ANY WALGREEENS! Twice they f'd up my orders! They were not ready within 24 hours not even 2 days later. First incident I put it online order for Photos on Monday went Wednesday to the Robbinsville Walgreens to pick up photos and a calendar and they were not ready no one called to say the machine was down they said the part was coming on the truck that day and the photos would be ready in the afternoon I tried to transfer them to another store but they could not do that. I went the next day to pick up photos and a calendar And the calendar had photos of a family that weren't mine. Half were mine half were another family. After that I don't know why I trusted them to do my holiday cards and more calendars but I thought another store would be more reliable. Not the case I sent holiday cards and calendars to the freehold on Main St., Walgreens on Monday and they were not ready on Wednesday when I had someone go pick them up in fact they couldn't even find the order so customer service was called they found the order and send them to Manalapan which is not close to my home so I sent them to Walgreens in Hamilton on route 33 tried to call to pick them up on Friday before Christmas and they don't have the order and cannot find it so needless to say they have ruined Christmas because no one will get holiday cards and no one will get the calendars I had made for them. I will never use them for any services no matter how cheap or easy they claim to be. It's not worth all the aggravation stress frustration disappointment wasted time on the phone. Guess that's what Happens when you try to take the cheap and easy route. You don't even get what you pay for. BE WARNED

I hardly take time to write a review but I want to make sure this goes unnoticed. The pharmacist Dennis T and his team are the absolute best. I was having trouble with my insurance covering my infant's prescription and Dennis did what he could to make sure I got the coverage I am entitled to. Thank you Dennis for outstanding customer support and calling TriCare when you could have sent me away.

I go here for my basic pharmacy needs and once in awhile to get pictures developed or to get ink for my printer. It's an average drug store and it has everything you need.

I needed to pick up some medication after my husbands oral surgery appt and we went to the nearest pharmacy in hopes of some fast service while my "little" patient was recuperating in the car. I can't say enough about the super-fast service and pleasant experience. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes! Thank you so much goes out to Aakash and Dennis for being such a great team! I will definitely be back again.
