This has been my go-to Verizon store for years! Staff is always amazing and helpful getting me best deals for my whole family. Steven is very patient and provides excellent customer service. It’s never easy twitching to new phones however they really made it seamless!

I cannot say enough about Joc from the Verizon Freehold location! He was so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked into the store. He was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had the patience of a saint!! He helped me get 3 new iPhones and helped me get the best deals possible. He was so patient like I said when I had to call my husband and daughter to get information from them for the phones as well! I give him 5 stars! Your company is lucky to have such a professional, knowledgeable, patient, hardworking employee like him! Thank you Joc!
