If I could give this store, the managers, the staff they call beauty experts a ZERO rating I would. It’s the most unorganized, ill stocked and laziest store I’ve been to. I’ve worked 18 years in cosmetics and this is the worst one.

I was told I couldn’t use my 20% off a single item coupon on shampoo and conditioner because it was already on sale. Which normally would make sense to me however I was going to buy the products online to pick up in store but ended up just going in myself. When I added them to my cart online earlier today, the coupon worked. But I was told in a rude tone by the general manager himself that “it won’t work here”. Umm ok? Well why not for one? And for two, he was just very rude and short with me. I really didn’t appreciate it. I will be returning my products when the store opens tomorrow because I’d rather go give a different Ulta location my business where I’m treated with respect and not rudeness.

The associate Alexia who checked me out was so unprofessional. She basically forced me to give my number to her which I was NOT comfortable doing, I told her I did not want to as politely as I could but Alexia was very persistent and pushy. She then proceeded to say that she was going to have to make the purchase a “sale final” in a vindictive tone. Stating I would not be able to return the items under any circumstances unless I give my phone number for the purchase. Upon looking at ultas return policy it does not state anywhere that a phone number is required for a sale or return. So she not only lied to me but also invaded my privacy.

nice staff and helpful , except when coming in to test products with my mom security was watching us and it seemed like they were following us , i understand it’s their job but when we’re two hispanic women just trying to look around and being watched by him, it was very uncomfortable and we had to leave.

I love Ulta and am usually a fan. However, the manager Victor at the Freehold Raceway Mall location is down right rude. On three separate occasions I have had him speak down to me for no reason. Once was because he was having trouble processing an online purchase return, the second was when I tried to use a coupon for The Ordinary. Then again when I was just looking at make up.

Right now wired manager on duty and a stupid new employee that doesn't know how to bring separate gift receipts. Came in for a last minute eyebrow appointment. They let me know to come back at 11:35am when Lindsey had time. I came back and waited over 30 minutes to get serviced while I watched her start a whole new client even after she was already late for me. No urgency at all in her movement. If it was a regular day I wouldn’t mind but I had a very important last minute event that I needed to go to. When she finally got to me she said “sorry for the wait”, I told her to just clean up my brows and she completely changed the shape and thinned them out. I had to cancel appointments because of her lateness. What was supposed to be a simple eyebrow appointment turned into ruining my whole day. Thanks.

Never again. 2 strikes and you're out. Bye. Filthy store, rude, condescending managers. They resent customers and really don't want us in there. Put signs up where people are allowed and not allowed to go so there's no confusion.

One of my favorite beauty stores. I can spend all day in that store. It carries just about every beauty brand under de sun including for sensitive skin and that is a plus for me. Therefore, it gets 5 stars. Line is always long, but with 4 or 5 cashiers the way it should be. The item that I wanted to purchase for a gift did not have a box. Only testers are on display without packaging. In this COVID times one must be extra careful.

I have been getting my hair done by Mikayla for a few years now so this is long overdue - she is truly a master at her craft. She takes the time to listen to what I want and then also offers her honest opinions. I always end up with gorgeous color and a meticulous cut, with a perfectly styled head of hair. If I could bring her home with me to do my hair everyday I would. It’s refreshing to go to a stylist who always gets it right.

Everytime i visit this location they are extremely unhelpful. The cashiers sit there and chat with other coworkers rather than making the customer feel important. The attitude most of these girls have are so unecessary.
