Don’t judge a book by its cover is what comes to my mind after a wonderful experience with Kelly at ulta freehold. She was professional, fun, knowledgeable and helped my sister and I pick out the perfect foundation and concealer. She worked with us patiently and found us the exact products we needed. She is a beautiful young lady and I will be happy to get her assistance at my next visit to ulta. Thank you Kelly!

Very helpful staff! Made an online pickup order, and was helped by Morgan. She was very polite and even made sure my order was correct in the bag before leaving the store. Great customer service skills at this location.

Jessica was rude. I had points and asked politely . She said i didn’t. Didn’t even check . I looked on the app and i absolutely did. Pretty sure my account wasn’t even there throughout the purchase. She wants people in and out. I felt rushed. Jessica ..do better.

Came in may 13,2025 4:40pm the manager on site id so rude she walked past us almost 3 times didn’t even greet us or asked if we needed help or assistance. But she did ask everyone else around if they needed help. Just like the other reviews the management and staff is terrible you should def save yourself some time and go to another ulta!

Looks like I had a very similar experience as Kelsey did, unfortunately!
What a rude and pathetic lot of staff you have in your store. Go in on a fairly quiet Saturday to ask a question regarding my hair and got looked at by several staff as if I was some kind of alien with ten tentacles coming out of my forehead. It was obvious I was looking for someone to help me out, yet every staff member talking around me just ignored me. The blonde haired lady who was already attending to someone's hair at the salon finally turned around a judge off of 'The Voice' with the customer in tow. She made me feel so unwelcome, as if I was asking her a really dumb question when it came to a potential colour consult.
I don't understand why or how your staff get away with this and how they manage to even have clientele if that's their attitude towards someone who was willing to spend a lot of money in your store for a service you provide.
Avoid like the plague. Spend your money elsewhere.

Walked in this morning around 10:15, hardly anyone else in the store. I’m not a woman who usually wears a lot of makeup. I prefer to be natural and was looking for a natural not caked on look. Just something to hide my pink/red undertones and blemishes. Went to find someone to ask for help. Both workers didn’t seem too enthused to be helping. Shoutout to the girl with the green hair and face tattoos. I specifically told her “I just want something simple, not a caked on face, to hide my blemishes and pink undertones”. Her response was “I can’t help you if you don’t know what you want” meanwhile I just told her what I was looking for. She then replied with 5 different types of primers that I had no idea what they even meant. (Again not a huge makeup girl here) was hoping she could point me in a genuine direction because I have a job interview today. Instead she sold me probably one of the most expensive primers and showed me a few brushes. $110 on 3 items and I’m pretty sure she was talking about me as I walked out to someone who looked like a manager. Never again. Go to another ulta or Sephora. Hope you guys atleast have a good return policy since your workers are rude.

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra five minutes to go to the ulta of pond road plaza. I went here almost two months ago and made a $27 purchase when the register froze just as my receipt was about to print. As they rang me up a second time, I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged twice for the purchase. They assured me it would remain pending and go away and even said they voided it for me. Days later the pending charge did disappear - because it had gone through. I called ulta customer service twice over the past two months, each time they said I would get a check for the refund amount mailed in 7-10 days. I never received anything. I just disputed it with my bank in hopes I finally get back the money that ulta stole from me and then repeatedly lied about.

I had such a nice experience with one of the beauty advisors today! I'm naturally very shy and overwhelmed when I'm looking at beauty products...I barely ever treat myself to nicer makeup. Kris came right up to me to since he could tell I was lost and while still managing like 6 other customers diligently kept coming back with makeup suggestions and helped me pick a PERFECT foundation match! It was seriously so nice to get his advice and expertise, and he really was kind and friendly which immediately put me at ease. Super impressed to get that kind of attention on a busy day!

I recently visited Ulta and was thoroughly impressed by a salesperson named Mikey! The customer service exceeded my expectations, I never know what makeup or skincare is right for me. Mikey helped me with figuring out what I needed and he did it with a smile on his face! I will be back!
Highly recommend!
