Just came from here. The owner manager whoever the man is that sits at the desk. I walk in and ask if he can change two of my front tires. He already didn’t greet me. He asked if I knew the size I said no. He said well I can’t do it today anyway. So what was the point of walking outside to get the size. I don’t like rude people especially since it was my experience there. Never coming back. Went to the tire place instead

This place is amazing. Jonson and Julio were amazing. I pulled in needing a spare tire put on my 2024 Dodge Ram truck. They took great care of me free of charge. I couldn’t believe it. Just when you give up on the kindness of the world this happens. Thanks a million guys. ❤️❤️❤️

I came to Tire World, Freehold few days after another shop did wheel alignment. Mechanic could not not answer my questions so I was suspicious about the job he did. I decided to verify it at Tire World as it was recommended to me by few people. Camber and tow turns to be in spec. Camber and tow are most important for the tire wear. They did not want to take $75 for in spec check and just cheated by faking out of spec caster to charge me $135. At the end the caster was same as the previous shop measured. Cheap people. Lost me as a customer.

Had to replace broken rim. Guys did it within minutes and reasonably changed. Very quick and high quality job.
(I was turned away from other shops for the same service)

Friendly and quick. I had a flat tire, and they fixed it. They didn't try to sell me a new tire. Good customer service .

Paid a lot of money to have work done on my car at this place. I had 4 new tires placed on my car and had to return 2x because my car was not in alignment. Then I had My brakes replaced because I was told they were worn. I never heard noise from the breaks before and did not seem to have any problems. Now they make noise. There is one VERY nasty man working there, who had the car looked at and said there was nothing wrong with my brakes. Hebasically made me feel I was bothering him. Brakes still sound horrible. Car still not right. Needless to say, I would never recommend this place.

Finally a place to get work done on the car that won't rob you. 2 tires at the dealer $900 i was told. Tires at Sams club $215 and they just install. Here i paid $240 a tire but they checked all tires to verify which ones actually had to be replaced. Of course the dealer told me wrong ones so my next oil change they could sell me the other 2. I do not mind paying the little extra for the thourough work they did to ensure my safety.

Made appointment on wheel alignment and agreed on the price before New Year. The business raised their prices more than 35%. Instead of agreed 95$ for 4 wheel alignment just paid 130$

Very busy place. That's a good sign.. my jeep was all over the road. It's old needed a lot of work. I think they are reasonably priced for all the time and work they put in to fix it. Thank you guys?
