“Unbelievable customer service. The real definition of going above and beyond. I'm from Canada and had to drive back 8 hours. I got a flat tire and went to the closest garage for help. Not a firestone. They couldn't fix the tire and didn't have any in stock so they put the spare on. I called many places and they couldn't take me until a few days after which didn't work for me. The staff at firestone freehold found me a tire as a replacement and took me in right away, even though they were extremely busy and closing soon. It's been a while I didn't get cs like this. “Honest service center that I will always take my cars to. I don’t worry about being ripped off or over charged. I had a VW with weird wanting lights that I brought to them. They tried figuring out the issue and could not and recommended I take to a VW dealership. When I asked them what it cost for the diagnostic etc they said nothing since they couldn’t resolve it. Took it to VW and it was some weird glitch and a simple tire pressure sensor that was bugging out everything else Charged me $1k for it! Hendersons is my first stop for all my car needs.”
