Went there today to ask About promotions for iPhone 15, the girl there was so rude didn’t know what she was doing asked her a simple question did not know what I was talking About and then proceeded to get worked up About it until the guy that was working next to her jumped in and told her what I was talking About in a nicer manner. You’re working a customer service job learn to do it right please.

Not helpful. Horrible, condescending, disrespectful, that’s why the one in the other mall. About a quarter mile away. Went out of business. They don’t care about the customers. Especially if you’re over 30, they just look at you laugh and walk away. Who has more money the kids or the older folks?They walk away from you if they see a bigger sale. Just horrible. T Mobile’s really going in the toilet. And all my friends are saying the same thing.

I went with my wife to buy some things and we decided to stop at the store. There were 7 employees and none of them said how can I help you, just to talk, they were there all the time every time I go to Marlboro is more better I think they should change employees or check the cameras

Rude black guy with a lot of tatts working there. Gave us an attitude so I didn't want him putting on the screen protector for me...I was afraid I'd end up with a bunch of bubbles. Wouldn't go to this T-mobile again.

We usually go to the Howell store, but stopped here since we were already nearby. All we needed to do was upgrade our phones, but the process took over two hours. The employee helping us was obviously new, but did not communicate what was going wrong with us at all and the other employees in the store did not help him to get the process done quicker. It's not the new employees' fault when the other employees were sitting around watching him drown. Either way, it should not take over two hours to upgrade a phone. Additionally, they were out of stock of every color of the new Samsung phones except for the stock colors, so we didn't get the colors that we preferred. Next time, we will just drive the distance to the Howell store where we have never had a problem.
