They are extremely polite and helpful. my order came fast and exactly when they said it would and they also have me the tracking number so I could follow my order. Plus they even called me to inform me that they couldn't find a certain color string so they sent me a similar replacement but also told me that they later found the correct color and they also sent that out so I should expect another package at no extra charge. So far This place is great.”
