I’ve had some problems with this shop in the past but I decided to give them another try and I’m glad I did. Went in today and received excellent, professional customer service from Daphne. I walked in desperate to find a bra in my size-she measured me, we agreed on a size and then she brought me so many options I was so happy. She checked on me several times which was very helpful and offered many different suggestions. Being a 40 G is not fun for me but I left with 2 great bras and a smile on my face!! Thank you Soma and Daphne

Excellent customer service. I love how attentive this one lady was.... I wish I could remember her name. I visited the store two weeks ago and came back today to write a nice review for this store. Highly recommend!!!!

This is a rather odd review I think but here goes : My daughter is getting married and I need the proper undergarments for my mother of the bride dress. The woman who manage the bridal shop suggested we go to Soma. So my daughter and I went earlier this evening. I tried on several bras but unfortunately none of them fit quite right. To be perfectly honest they seemed to be OK to me but Christina (the young lady who waited on me) showed me the "cons" of the bras I tried and finally said she felt she didn't have the proper size in stock for me. She could not have been nicer or more apologetic. I told her I appreciated her honesty. Alot of people would have just gone along with me just for the sale. She even suggested another place for me to try. Its a pleasure to meet someone who isn't just out to make sales. Thank you Christina. I will absolutely suggest Soma to other people.

Had such a great experience here today! I was helped by two women who work here, and helped me actually find a bra that fits after struggling for a long time. They measured me, and took the time to help me find what styles feel the most comfortable and supportive. Extremely kind and friendly, I will definitely be coming back here.

This place is great the lady that helped me was extremely professional and helped me find exactly what I needed and very quickly. The quality of the product is super high and fits me perfectly I love it. This place has great underwear that holds you in and us amazingly comfortable. Beats the hell out of Victoria secret, they have under garments for real women.

This place was AMAZING. My friend came here in hopes to find a sexy plus size bra and the customer service was the best. We had so much fun shopping around and got out of there without feeling pressured. We had the best experience. Christiana (not sure about spelling) made sure my friend felt comfortable and excited the whole time. It's not always fun shopping for intimates, so thanks guys!

I went to this store for the first time Friday and the sales associate Catherine was SO nice and SO patient. She helped my mom and I find exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend shopping at this store!
