From out of town visited the store for the first time looking for something for a family member. I don't know much about sneakers but someone named Eddie approached me in such a professional manner and very knowledgeable of the items in the store. He was able to answer all my questions and was very patient with me. I would definitely go back when I'm back in town. Hopefully Eddie will still be there. If any

One of if not the worst shoe experience I have ever witnessed. Walked into the store with two younger guys that ignored me until I approached them for a sell in. Had a pair of Jordan 5 retros "White Stealth" brand new out the box that was a gift from a friend that never been worn. They took the shoe, inspected it and told me to wait a few minutes to see what the offer was from their guy they texted. Once they finally got back to me only asked if I had a price in mind and I done my research before coming in but wanted to see a ball park number so I said around 120 to be fair and they low balled me for 60!!!! I laughed in the guys face and said theres no way then he proceeds to say well you can sell them in ebay or a online shop. Im here to make a sell so i can get rid of them and not deal with the hassle of online. Long story short went to a spot in Willow Grove called Gotthemkicks and they offered 150 for the pair. $100 difference within the price range smh and to add that all the sneakers were overly priced in the store when they go retail online for way cheaper. I advise not to even bother walking or even looking this way while inside the mall.

If I could give this store zero stars I would have. The two guys working there ignored us the entire time. Never asked if we needed any assistance, or if we had any questions. I was getting ready to drop $300 on some Jordans but my daughter found them on-line for $185. I’m really huge on customer service and the sarcasm, rudeness, dismissive behavior from the staff was enough to make me spend my money elsewhere. I will never return to this store. When I asked to speak with management I was told none was available ??♀️Young and ignorant. No other way to describe the employees.

They say all sales are final because they sell fake items. I caught them came back a month later and got a full refund after one of their employees tried to bully me…haha anyway if they were doing legit business why take a worn shirt back without the receipt…stay away !!

I’ve walked in this store probably 60 times just to see if the staff so much as looks at me let alone say hi or ask if I needed help. They never did. Every one who knows about sneakers knows not to shop here. They are charging 70-200 bucks over resale prices. Fire red 3’s for 350$ when they’re 240$ and below for resale typically is crazy. They’re just tryna rip off local rich parents buying “Jordan’s” for their kids and not knowing any better. I walked in with 600 cash determined to see if I could get something I liked, but when you’re charging way over resale you’re just ripping people off. Resellers typically are pretty wack with pricing, but this place takes it to another level.

I made a comment in the store about a pair of women’s Jordan one “Newspaper” mid SE, I simply said 250 dollars was way to high of a price. One of the workers overheard me and stated they are selling other places for $500. When I proceeded to tell him I just saw them at the Nike outlet for retail he made a slick comment under his breath and a co worker had to tell him to be professional. Not to mention the time I went in with my brother and two guys behind the counter playing basketball were legit talking about jumping someone and physically beating them up. Absolute clown show.

Absolutely awful experience.Ill-knowledge, arrogance, and unprofessionalism.My card was charged more than I was told I would pay and not one person (not even the owner) wanted to rectify the situation. This boutique will fail if they continue to run business the way that they do.
