I would first like to say that the store was beautifully decorated and so inviting. Dave was made for this job! It was so obvious that he’s had years of experience. Combine that with the fact that he is personable, friendly and a great listener. He took the time to go over all possibilities that would assure that we chose the perfect bed.
I highly recommend the Freehold Raceway Mall Sleep Number location. I also highly recommend working with Dave. Looking forward to delivery day!

A dubious purchase. We bought a sleep Number flex top king 360 bed. It would have been great if it had worked as advertised. Slightly after one year the inflation chambers failed on both sides. I was advised y the y store mgr to increase setting to 100% & then see if it holds. It didn't. Called for a service appointment. Techs arrived, looked at bed, said it needed new chambers & a cover. They left after 10 minutes. They said an order would be mailed to our address. The cost for this visit was $148.00. A few weeks later the replacement parts had not arrived &I called customerservice. .Ater waiting over 20 min. I found out an order had never been placed. Since it was over a year since the purchase date, it isn't covered by full warranty. I was informed the replacement parts & installation would cost me over $ 500.00 for a $1100.00 bed that I'm still paying off.

My wife and I had been looking online for a while for a new mattress and decided to go in store to try out some beds based on a friend’s recommendation. Boy, were we not disappointed! Louise greeted us with a smile as soon as we entered and politely told us she was wrapping up another customer’s purchase. We spent the next couple minutes walking around the store, testing a few beds. Everything was really clean and we were impressed with the head rest covers as well! Definitely made us feel more at east when testing the beds. Once Louise joined us, she was kind and patient enough to answer the slew of questions we threw at her which helped us arrive at our new bed – the iLE 360 Smart bed. While she started to ring us up, another couple came in and she greeted them with the same politeness and respect she showed us. Over all, we had a very pleasant experience at the store getting our new bed and will definitely be recommending Sleep Number to everyone we know!

By far the worst company on earth to deal with. We own our own company and how they treat people is absolutely ridiculous. Had an i8 delivered 2 weeks ago and the first night sleeping on it the right side deflates and would deflate every single night. Company told me to sleep on a deflated bed for 30 days. As far as the frame which they refuse to take back it doesn’t lower once raised and the buttons on the side popped out on their own within 48 hours with wires hanging out. This is a very expensive glorified air mattress. Worst sleep on my life. I went from a tempur-pedic to this. I have never written bad reviews in my life but this company sure gets the ticket. They could care less about their customers, how much you spent and make no exceptions for a product that was obviously broken or faulty. I called with 24 hours to tell them the issues and they could’ve cared less and are some of the rudest people to deal with. They’ve also charged me for a down comforter which I still haven’t received to this day. Usually large companies charge your card right before something ships not 3 weeks early and they still have no eta on when it’ll ship. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Always had great luck with tempur-pedic and mattress firm.

John our sales associate was fantastic. He explained all the features on the different beds and we tried several mattresses. He was patient as well as very knowledgeable about the products. It made the process much easier.

Can’t say enough about Louise, The Manager of this store and her staff. We are delighted with our purchase of our sleep number bed and referred friends. They also were pleased with the customer service they received and purchased a bed. We highly recommend going to the Freehold location and ask for Louise. She is terrific!

what a horrific experience for anyone to go through from start to present.... the full line of products is a joke my back is worse now I didn't even have a problem before the customer service is bad and you can't even return the base??? wow read the fine print a ton of money down the drain w a product that is a scam I have pictures to show the huge hole in the middle of the bed it's like sleeping in a tunnel the manager in one of the stores is insulting and if you don't buy in the store they gray you even worse you are not a customer because they didn't make commission!!! bbb must be made aware of a company scamming so many people

They were here at Correct time, even earlier then expected, but had an advance robo call, for new hour.The two men were friendly, super efficient and courteous.Thanks.Not given names, but somebody knows who the two men were.Well done...
