My experience with this branch was extremely disappointing. The management was rude and disrespectful, making the entire experience difficult. I hope they can improve their customer service!!

Tyler Freeman and his team (Lailla Rodrigues, Tyler Hoops, Nicholas, Colleen, Rob, Stanley Napoleon, Alicia Llacma, and Jaimini Patel) are familiar with their portfolio of financial products. Customers are greeted in a genuine, upbeat tone. Many are greeted by their distinct name. Service with a smile is provided to all. The banking relationship is one that echoes the past of a hometown bank, and is there to meet all of the client's financial needs.

Drove 20 minutes to go there to sell some euros and the manager on the floor says I am busy. Then asks do you have an appointment? The bank was open for business! What has happened to being courteous or customer service?L

I wish I could give 0 stars but that's not an option. Santander bank is one of thieves. They have stolen over $4,000 from my account and refuse to take ownership. When I opened multiple cases against them they closed each one immediately and refused to let me speak with anyone who can personally adjust it. Your stolen money is the only reason they're still in business.

I've received consistently excellent customer service at this branch for the past fifteen years. The platform personnel are knowledgeable and helpful - one has gone out of his way to help me on several occasions.

They need more people working here. After calling ahead and being told to come in to the branch I waited in line a half hour and was then told they were too busy and I’d have to come at another time. Wasted my lunch break for no reason and they were completely unwilling to do anything to accommodate me or help the situation. I have been with Sovereign for 14 years and will never return to this branch.

Always understaffed , they are always lacking any type of structure poor management I guess . Expect to wait.

I went to this branch and had a great experience! Mr. Leighton Harris has been very patient, friendly, helpful and professional. He explained everything very clear as well. Apparently, the management here is way better than the one in Schanck Rd branch.
