I recently went to this Sam's for the first time. Plenty of parking, customer service was pleasant, the store was very clean and fully stocked. Prices seemed in line with other big box stores, even the clothing section was neat and in order. Scan an Go feature made checking out a breeze

I will never order from sams for same day delivery again,left me hanging was to deliver from 4 to 6 pm and here it is 11pm and nothing chatted with them around 8:30pm and asked to give it another hour .......done lets see what shows up some has to be freezed??????

Been shopping here for 3 years never a problem until today I was checking out and a sales lady came up to me. I denied her offer but then needed assistance at the machine which she said she would help with. After we denied her sales offer she walked away without any help. So I called over another employee, a women with brown hair to help who was extremely rude and and tried to be little me for absolutely no reason at all, must of been having a bad day but no way to treat customers at all!!! claiming she was manager.. if shes a manager then yikes because thats not at all how you should treat loyal customers. I will not be returning to this location since the staff doesn't know how to properly treat guests.

Fairly quick curbside pickup. The staff is also nice and courteous. Even with big orders they don't frown and make faces, have a happy smiling face and delivering the order. Superb customer service.

First after being a member for many years over 30 we got automatic renewal for a plus membership which we didn't want but that was adjusted so that's fine but now last night I renewed my membership at a special promotion for 26.66 and I also put my wife on there , that being said she can't get on the app it will not let her take off her old account number , I have been calling today for over an hour nobody answers I even got meat dept they said they couldn't transfer me to customer service so I guess I will have to recancel my membership Sams Club in Freehold you really stink go to Edison we went there for years never a problem!!!!!!

Bought tires from here around 2017. Never had a problem in the past. But recently I called to make an appointment to have a low tire looked at and was told by the call center it transferred me to that there were no appointments indefinitely. When I asked for clarification, he transferred me to the actual Sam's Club in Freehold. The phone proceeded to ring and ring until the call cut out. This is the second time I have had trouble making an appointment with this tire center. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

1 star only cuz they sell alcohol. Employees are unhelpful and have an attitude, particularly the self check out "workers" who are nasty & reluctant to work.

I just got robbed for $45. I signed up with coupon that gave a $45 gift card and they said I would get it via email. 3 months later I call to find out where it it is and they have no record. Be aware if you are using any coupon to sign up make sure you get your gift card right then or take a pic of the coupon for proof. Employees will sign you up and never even put your coupon in and say they will email. Unreal how the store manager could have just put a end to it but cool with losing long time customer over $45 and it was their mistake

My negative review is for the pharmacy. They immediately put you on hold and never return. No matter how many times you call back, there is no chance they will let you speak. You're immediately out on hold and 20 minutes later you give up realizing no one will ever take you off hold. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

There is a reason there is a line when they first open. This place is more magical than Disney land. The options are endless, the quantity more than enough. 4.50 for 2 pounds of pre made Mac and cheese- wowza. And a sundae at the end, oh wow- I'm lucky. The only negative is there were no samples. I felt stolen from:(. How would I know if I want a new product?!? Costco will always have my heart because of this!

Maria and I love this place.The selection,the prices,the large quantities.Last year we bought a beautiful wedding band set here.The only real complaint we have is their "transfering everything" policy.Although I full understand that some people do steal,they check everyones receipt at the door anyway,so why make people handle all their products twice transferring them to another carriage?On top of that,they only enforce it with certain people.
