Now in NJ, we are customers of Steve Richter, who is the reason we continued with Allstate because we knew him from SI. Steve has always shown us his professionalism, knowledge, & friendly caring in answering all our calls, & requests & concerns throughout the years. Absolutely horrible, avoid at all costs. They will refuse to cover costs that are clearly covered in your policy. I've been yelled and lied to for months and even told by an employee that the costs should be covered based on my policy and I should hire a lawyer. They ignored evidence from experts and would only go by what "their people" would find. Such a scam, go somewhere else.

This agency never returns a call but always calls to sell other services. I took a defense course and asked for them to reprice my insurance with the credit - it’s been two weeks.I asked about the reduced policy since I don’t drive a lot since the pandemic. - no return call.But they are quick to send me my renewal documents and try to sell me life and home insurance.I can’t wait to be done with them. I like Allstate 800# reps but this particular agency is horrid.
