Excellent store. Great selection and the girls know how to measure your foot, gate and arch. All the while figuring out your best fit and allowing you to test the shoe outside running! Will never buy sneakers from anywhere else!

Replaced my usual sneakers with exactly the same model and they attempted to cripple me. I visited Runner's High and described my problem. One of the owners (sorry names escape me these days!) measured my feet, had me walk up and down without shoes and brought the most comfortable sneaker out immediately. Being a woman, I tried on another dozen or so and then returned to the first pair. I just took them on my first travels and they remained comfortable and supportive throughout. No more Do It Yourself buying of sneakers for me. Runners High were excellent, the knowledge and service were first class. I will return the next time I need sneakers.

Runner's High is the only place I buy my running shoes. The sales team is so knowledgeable about the sport and extremely helpful in suggesting shoes for your particular foot issues. The service there is absolutely the best.

I bought some running shoes last week. Frank was super helpful! From my walk he could tell that I was flat flooted and pronated inwards. He bought 4/5 different shoes out that would compensate for this and I chose the most comfortable fit. Super happy with my purchase. Thanks Frank!

I went to Runner’s High on a recommendation from a friend. I needed to get advice on running shoes because my current shoe/gait combination was bothering me. When I got to the store, I was promptly met with friendly service that ended up lasting nearly 45 consecutive minutes. From measuring my feet to watching me walk, then trying on half a dozen pairs of shoes, there was an incredible sense of thoroughness and attentiveness by your staff. Every question I had was answered, and I walked away with two new pairs of running shoes.
You guys rock, and I appreciate all of the things, big and small, you do to make the customer experience so special!
