When we came into the dealership, we were unsure of which model or trim we wanted, but Brandon was very helpful in explaining the differences to us and showed us all the options. Even after purchasing your car he makes him self available to answer any questions you may have about the car or in my case how to use some of the features ?He truly is a great salesman and very personable guy. My family, and I highly recommend him, especially if you’re first time Mercedes buyer.

We just had to take the time to let you know how fantastic our buying experience was. It was all thanks to Kate Bolante. She took her time finding out what was important to us and was extremely knowledgeable when we had questions. Her attention to detail and follow through made all the difference. I purchased my vehicle last year from this location with sales rep John F. Recently, I had a small issue however, John was great with handling my concern. He made sure that my issue was resolved quickly. It’s nice to know that there are still honest salesman out there. Great job Mercedes of Freehold!

I was wondering how was your experience with Ray catena if freehold Mercedes dealership? I bought a GLE and I had service done on 20k miles service. It lasted 2 days to do. I recently had 30 k milage done. They came picked it up at my house. Guy cane back in 3 hours! My truck drives worse than the way I send it in. Check engin light came on the car is pulling one side one the road, the car wipers had streaks on the screen wasn't change. The truck was dirty there was no pride in doing their job. On top of which my tank was three quarters full They brought it back with less than quarters tank. Where is the courtesy in service today!! My husband called to tell them what happened they told us open the gas tank then shut the truck off to turn it back on!! Nothing happened I felt unsafe to drive my new truck to work my husband drove me. They promised to come get it Thursday to fix the problems. In the mean while I pay $624 to pay for service. Is this what service is like these day. I have to say I openeda BMW previously never I have been treated this way! They always treated with respect and great service. I am honestly regretting going to Ray catena ever to give my business. Thanks please let me know how was your service with them? Thanks

I just purchased my second Mercedes from ray catena freehold and with John Farrell ! I can’t say enough great things! He has made every purchase absolutely seamless. POOR SERVICE Department
SERVICE was done on new GLE 350, car was held for two days and NO LOANER GIVEN, then surprise was that ISSUE NOT FIXED.
SECOND attempt service was done and car will still be there TOMMOROW, DAY three of SERVICE.
DRIVING on SMALL RENTAL Car while paying Mercedes SUV lease, makes sense.

Took my car there for service as it was the closest dealership to my shore house. Although the visit turned out to be a lot longer and more complicated, the dealership went above and beyond to help me out. Andrew specifically was very hopeful and kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. I've had some bad service experiences at other places before and am happy to report that this was a true 5 star experience.
