I worked with Michael Nikolis for the purchase of my first Lexus, and I don't have enough good words to say about him. From the first time I met him, he listened to and respected what I wanted. He went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted and kept me informed the entire way. We got a Lexus TX from Ray catena of freehold. They were very nice and negotiable. And when we request if they have a bow they let us borrowed it for pictures.

The worst...the service advisor tried to charge me for a 10,000 mile check up when I did not need. I asked why so much, his answer those are our prices...spoke with mgr. who adjusted price but..it should have been for free after that...no coffee in waiting lounge, sent to sales dept to get a cup (not really a big deal) no food while waiting . Car was sitting outside for over 15 minutes before we asked to check out.Of course an excuse as to why... Not a classy experience..or what we expected from a Ray Catena Lexus.When confronted the advisor upon check out he had no comment....just kept his head down.

My husband and I went to Ray Catena Lexus to purchase a 2021 LS 500 due to his previous car being totaled in an accident. From the moment we made contact with the dealership via phone, we felt very comfortable dealing with them. We visited the dealership last week and were truly impressed with the way they treated us. Our salesmen, Jonathan Bivens, was probably the best part of the experience - he was funny and kind and very attentive. No pressure with the sale and everything was done at the desk with him in under 2 hours including financing! We cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Thanks so much for the most amazing car buying experience! You've made lifelong clients!

I purchased my NX 300 5 years ago from John Mezzino, it was such a good experience, that when my friend Dave was looking to turn in his RX, I went with him to another dealership. That didn’t turn out well. I suggested Ray Catena Lexus and especially John Mezzino!
I was correct! The perfect trifecta, Ray Catena Lexus, John Mezzino and a 2024 Lexus RX.

The service department was awesome. I first spoke with Nancy Richards, and she set up the appointment for the next day. Although I didn't mention getting an oil change and checkup it was done once they made me aware the vehcile was due. Also rotated tires and the car was washe.

Everything you'd expect from a car salesman. From trying to take my deposit, to telling me there was no inventory in the state. Mr Fishman was a real scammer. I am sure that behavior is blessed by management or he wouldnt be there as long as he has. I ended up driving up to Prestige in Ramsey NJ and buying my RX350 from another dealer that had 6 styles in stock. Went to Amex to get the deposit back (NJ Law says you have three business days) I cancelled the next day.
