Terrible customer service. Couldn’t get anything right had to go back and fourth 40 min drive 5 times (7 hours in driving) with no suit. 2 days before the wedding I get my suit which is ridiculous it took multiple attempts for them to get us to fit right in the suits. Rude and inconsiderate employees. This specific location has low ratings for a reason I’ll never go back Men’s Warehouse it will cost you more money but they will do the job the right way with no stress what so ever. Don’t come to quails in freehold otherwise you’ll be in for a rude awakening

I went during the summer for a new suit for a wedding, and my son recently needed a suit for an interview, Soni went back. The younger gentleman is excellent, picks out your size w/o a tape but checks anyway, old school, but has new school fashion sense. And three suits for the price of one is always great

I was thinking of buying some suits. The three-for-one offer advertised by Quails seemed too tempting. So -- mostly for laughs -- I went to check it out. I found two suits and a tux I liked. Usually, three for one means that you pay for the highest priced suit and the two others are free. Simple enough. So I'm about to try on the suit and I ask what the total price would be. Came out to something like $560. So I asked: How'd you get that number? Well, the manager -- who, incidentally wasn't wearing socks even though this is a dressy clothes store -- says: we add up the price of all three suits and take the average. How's that three for one? So, I say, that's not what the sign says. "Yes it does," says he. "Bye," says I. I didn't check to see what it would have cost if I paid for the highest priced one and the other two were free. But this seemed like a shell game. See if you have better luck. At worst, you'll have a half hour of laughs and the salemen will waste their time.

My husband ordered a tuxedo from this store. It was promised for delivery in 4 weeks. Still not in. They shouldn’t make promises they can’t keep.

Very unprofessional the employees were fighting in front of us as we were trying on suits. Came back a month later after they said that our suits were tailored and ready but they couldn't find them....finally found them after 30 mins but they never tailored the grooms suit after all of that!!!! Had to wait an additional hour for them tailor the suit on spot. Never go here spend the money and go upstairs to men's warehouse, trust me!

Poor customer service, horrible alterations. So unorganized. I went there 2 months before to get my wedding tuxs for me and the groomsmen. That's how long it took to get my suits. They just looked so confused. Tailoring was horrendous. Poor service, I know I said it already but damn it's not that hard to get an order right. So embarrassing
