We just recently had my daughter's 8th birthday here, and it was super fun! She chose the "Doll & Me" party. Kathleen was wonderful to work with; she was very responsive and accommodating. The girls got to make matching "doll and me" beaded necklaces, could get their nails done, choose from temporary tattoos, get glitter spray in their hair, play with hoola hoops and also have a fun dance party (which included a bubble machine, balloons and a black light)! The girls had an amazing time. If you are considering having a party here, meet with Kathleen and see the space - it's so unique and different!

We recently had our daughters 3rd birthday party at PlumpkinVille in July 2023. We had a great experience! the new owner is so sweet and wonderful, and accommodating! The place is spacious and clean! Our guests really enjoyed the party and commented how beautiful the space was! Thank you !!

Definitely do not recommend this place. When I finally got a response from the owner, it was a rushed phone call, was told I'd be called back, and it never happened. There are many other places in the area to have your child's party where the owners/managers actually care and are professional. Do not spend your money here.

Just had my daughter’s 7th birthday party at Plunkinville. Her friends and her had a great time at the Doll and me party. It was our first time there and it was super cute. Kathleen and the party hosts were very accommodating. I would recommend for a kids party.

Had my daughters birthday party at Plumpkinville and there were all sorts of charges added to my bill that I did not want or ask for. I asked for a character in costume and Frank Coppola charged me double then what he quoted me. I asked for a 1.5 hour party and was charged an extra fee for a longer party than what I asked for. I have the entire agreement in writing via text and email and cannot believe the brazenness this man has in this type of frauding of customers. Frank told me he would send me a check for a refund and since then has stopped returning my calls or texts. I never received a refund for being overcharged. He is a scam artist and can't believe someone would steal money from families. Clearly this is not the first time as he has done it to other families. Just read the yelp reviews! Honestly this "business" does not even deserve one star.

I went to a party at this venue 8 years ago and remembered this place to be a magical place for little kids under 6. So as my youngest daughter turned 5, I decided to hold it here. I booked it with Nicole who had the party date set and ready for us. Then I get a call from the owner Frank who confirms the package, head count, additional orders for the adults. Then I received another call from Nicole asking to confirm the things for the party, when I informed her that I spoke to Frank, she tells me that he never wrote it in the system. As we get there for the day of the party, Frank has music playing with foul language playing in the background. The party starts late and they try and end the party early. The party only runs for an hour and a half. When I was charged for the party Frank charges me more than what was stated in the invoice that he sent me. When I question him about it, he tells me that he will call me back and see what happened. He never returned my call. If you want a nice experience all and all don't book it here, you will be disappointed all around.

Very cute venue for a little girl's party. The girls at our party had a great time but we had some issues with the details. The owner seems to handle all of the details himself over the phone and seems spread very thin. The day of our party we had a character arrive mid party that we never requested, and thought the pizza was delayed and we were just killing time with games but got billed for an extra 30 minutes of party time that we also never booked or requested. These items were never discussed during pre party calls or signed off on in any way. I'm guessing we got another party's add ons or something as all details are handled over the phone with the owner. A basic Google form or digital trail would help tremendously. I naively thought maybe the character was included, there was no mention of it in any conversations pre party or day of as we waited for guests to arrive. The character (one of the girls working the party dressed up, not a vendor) arrived directly into the room of little girls so we couldn't exactly ask her to leave on the spot. We spoke with the owner to dispute the charges at the end of the party but wound up having to have our credit card company take it up. We had a great party, the surprise charges were just an unfortunate way to end the day. The space is very cute but I'd insist on details in writing vs. phone calls if you were to book here.

Very unhappy owner and staff, party began and was over before you had a chance to enjoy it. One half of the party room is pitch black and nothing for the kids to do. Weird and very rude staff.

It's a very cute party, but management made it a terrible experience. When I walked in the day of party Frank the owner said we have a problem. The stuffkins I chose never arrived so my guests chose whatever was left over from other parties. I supplied snacks and drinks for my guests and dropped it off 2 days before my event. They couldn't find the small Poland spring bottles of water. They had a grimchmas party the night before mine. When I arrived the next day I saw a few of my water bottles in the entryway. They don't give out that brand. They supply store brand water bottles. I guess they used mine for their party. I was told I would have 3 hosts and Frank is there to make sure it runs smoothly. I had 2 hosts. Frank stuffed the animals. The kids never received the star to make a wish and stuff into the bears. But worse was Frank just hurrying to stuff the bears. At the end of the party another party was waiting to come in. Frank was nasty telling everyone they have to leave. Maybe don't start a party the same time one ends. I was embarrassed to have family and friends tell me about his attitude. Plumpkinville is for sale by Frank, the realtor, so I think he doesn't care how the parties go.

Plumkinville was amazing! We had my daughter's 5th birthday party there today and it was great! We had the princess and knight package. The girls loved getting there nails and makeup done. It was so cute and the staff is amazing. Nicole was so easy to talk to and was so helpful with helping me book the right party for my little princess. Thank you so much Plumkinville for giving my girl the party of her dreams.
