“Mike and his crew once again saved the day. My mother in law is visiting from NH and her car broke down. Had it towed to B&S after hours. Spoke to Mike about what was going on in the morning and it had a new water pump by the afternoon and she was back touring NJ that evening. “An hour from home and with a flat, I went into Lou’s at 445 on a Friday to see if I could borrow a lug wrench and jack to swap out my spare after I plugged the tire myself. “I had visited Raceway Nissan for a problem with my CarPlay. The very helpful young lady Carson was terrific. At the end of all this I needed new tires an update to the software and an engine filter. Carson explained everything to me with costs if I wanted to get it done. I did agree to have all of it done and to my surprise Carson discounted the cost for me. That I feel was a bonus, along with her wonderful attitude.”

“Honest service center that I will always take my cars to. I don’t worry about being ripped off or over charged. I had a VW with weird wanting lights that I brought to them. They tried figuring out the issue and could not and recommended I take to a VW dealership. When I asked them what it cost for the diagnostic etc they said nothing since they couldn’t resolve it. Took it to VW and it was some weird glitch and a simple tire pressure sensor that was bugging out everything else Charged me $1k for it! Hendersons is my first stop for all my car needs.”
