I when to get service in this dealer parts of my car were broken and stolen from one of their employees first it was my tires stem caps I when there because my tires were low on air they did the service and they never put the stem back on tires I let that pass I told my self is not worth complaining about that and I got new ones .them first time I touch my car my self to change the cabin filter and guess what it was broken they said it wasn't them but my car only gets repairs done by them and they have the audacity to put it back broken and not replaced it I don't know exactly for how long is been like that but I got the car brand new from them and I always take Care of my vehicle you would think that because you bringing your car to the same dealer to do the service repairs they would take care of your vehicle ,but not they destroy it little by little so you can keep spending money after all is the principal that counts if they broke something replace it ,don't put it it back like nothing happened.they should be ashamed. At this point I spoke to someone in the phone but because it is a recording line they didn't want to speak about it in the phone. I got there and they said they didn't broke it. who was it because my car wasn't touch by anyone else , they told me if I buy the part they do the service for free I don't even want them to touch my car again or check anything or open anything I spoke to the service manager and he was really nasty I explain that my car never got touch by anybody because I only come here for service but they didn't listen after all you live and learn .

Very friendly service personnel. Car was taken in as soon as I arrived... After a video was done of entire car; I guess so they know before hand if any scratches or dents. Waited about an hour and a half and car was done. Washed too. Very happy that everything was checked... fluids, tires etc. All was good.

Was recommended this place from a friend so I tried them for my routine oil change. Price is better than everyone else, clean facility and very courteous staff. Super friendly too, and very considerate! I can see why they are getting recommended!

Cris and his team are great. We have two Nissans that we bring in for oil changes and service as needed and Cris always takes the time to go through everything in detail. He's not pushy and is very attentive to any questions we have. He comes up with a plan for upcoming maintenance so we're not bombarded with heavy expenses all at once. He gets me in and out quickly when I just need a routine oil change. Such a pleasure to work with.
The girls at the cashier in the back are so sweet (I'm sorry, I did not catch their names), they take payments and ensure that any future appointments are easily made.
There's a new girl at the intake desk when you first drive in. I've had to deal with her when I call to make an appt as well as in person when I bring my car in for service. She definetly does not give off that same warm and fuzzy vibes like the rest of the crew. Not sure why she always seems to have an attitude. It's pretty standoffish and a bit intimidating.
I still gave the place an overall 5 because the rest of the other staff has always been kind and very courteous. Overall these guys/gals do a great job. I would highly recommend Nissan Service.

First of all as of today 2024 this ridiculous dealer still charge a high markup while their other Nissan dealers selling way below msrp. Also their service dept also charges ridiculous high price for maintenance. Upon checking my car after work has been done, tires was not rotated as I asked for. Car wash was not done. I specifically told them if I am happy with their service get me in and out without any worry that they mess up my service I will return. Well disappointed. Will not return for overpriced work. Look at your shop pretty dead. Look at the service advisors they are playing with their phones. Speaks volumes that no one wants to buy or service their car here. First time bad experience will never come back again. Who knows if the workers actually do the work!!

If you want to buy a nissan dont go to raceway they are very misleading I brought alot of cars from this place in the past the way they do business now is disgusting I paid cash for my car only to be treated with lies and disrespect they have lost my business

Staff is always friendly and their new system updates you via text with any additional repairs that you can approve or decline before repairs are done. Services are completed quickly.
