Received no calls or emails back from customer service or the store. There must have been something wrong with the fryer, the oil in it, or we were served refried leftovers. Ordered Fish Sandwiches, Nuggets, Fries, and apple pies for the children and the Apple pies were the only edible item.

There was a Mexican lady at the speaker taking our order and when we got our food that we waited a minute for (not the problem) the food came out and it was NOT what I ordered, ( if she didn't understand what I was saying why NOT ask questions to make sure.) As my boyfriend walked in to the McDonald's Store # 1084 Freehold NJ 07728 The Jamaica lady that was inside the McDonald's was on her phone continuing to talk on her phone while she was trying to fix my order... I found that very rude and NOT at all proper customer service. I will never go to this McDonald's again.

I ordered McDonalds through Ubereats today. The receipt said 3 BBQ Sauce because i paid .75 cents each for them. If i went there and stole them, they would call the police, what is the penalty for them when they don't include them? I called up, talked to a manager, she was clueless and said sorry, i said this happens everytime i order. If its happening to me everytime, its happening to everyone. Why am i making a big deal. I don't like dipping my chicken nuggets into plain air, i like the dipping sauce. Then i go to bite into my double fish filet, and its a single fish filet. The receipt says double. I am starting to think the person preparing the meals cannot read english. I am not trying to be funny. This ruins the customer experience, i was pissed off. I called back when i discovered this, the phone sent me to voicemail for the next 3 hours. I am not complaining about the food. The fish filet was delicious, but was missing the other filet i paid for an ordered. The nuggets were great but they were missing the bbq sauce i looked forward to which made it an incomplete meal.

While the food is 5 stars, the way I want it and order it isn’t. Every single time, there is something missing or a problem. I ordered pancakes and paid for 2 syrups. None were delivered. Ruined breakfast. I ordered a ice cream sundae and selected hot fudge. No hot fudge. I’ve ordered chicken nuggets and paid 25 cents for extra sauce and I get no sauce. I call to complain, sent to voicemail

They should give them more priority and attention when packing food, since it is not the first time I go and they always lack something to add, today they gave me an incomplete order again and I do not think that customers should take the habit of checking the packaging since they pay a staff to do it.
