My boyfriend and I went in there for the first time in December 2023. He was looking for a high end bottle of wine for a house warming gift. We were very disappointed with the selection. The store appearance is lacking, the bottles on the shelf were covered in a thick dust, just pathetic really. The first time I have ever seen that to be honest (well maybe a bit of dust, but not to the point you have to scrap it off, and wash it before you present it to someone. Staff was ok, didn't seem very knowledgeable with any of the products they were selling, or at least the wine. We definitely wont be back.

Staff is excellent! They are always willing to go the extra mile for you to ensure you get what you need. Whether you have a question about a particular brand if you want to try something new or something that can be used for cooking such as marsala wine for example, seasonal selections like pumpkin spiced ales and craft beers or just simply helping with bringing your purchaseto your car, these guys and girls are the best! No need to go anywhere else. Thanks!

Was at the store today with my cousin and my kid. One of the employees apparently made a comment once my baby made a noise. He said to the other girl employee that’s what birth control is for. Seriously?! Keep it to yourself, happily married. I wish I herd him say this. My cousin herd it. She told me on our way home . If I herd it at the store I would of addressed it to that lovely employee , he was wearing glasses she said.

Not so great for walk-in service...they do however, provide delivery,which is very reliable,and are one of the few places that carry the Gallo wines I like...Pineapple,Peach,and Grape.The online ordering is easy,and convenient,and I get a discount buying by the case.

I frequently visit Max's for my liquor needs. The place is always neat and organized. The staff is friendly and you can ask them any questions and they can usually know the answer. I'd especially like to compliment Leslie; she always has a smile on her face and greets you each time. It's employees like her that make a store a welcoming place!

Great for a quick pick up, but if you have time...go down the road to ShopRite Liquors. The alcohol is super overpriced at Max's. $12.00 for a 187mL four pack that should be like $8.00. A regular bottle of wine is $5.99 at ShopRite.
