had such a great experience at Lush! The store is always bright, clean, and full of amazing scents, but the staff truly makes the difference. Everyone was helpful and welcoming, and Joe especially went above and beyond. He was super knowledgeable about the products, patient with my questions, and helped me find exactly what I needed. His positive energy made the whole visit even better.
I left feeling taken care of and excited about my purchase. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—thank you, Joe and the Lush team!

Stoped by the freehold mall Lush , had a wonderful experience. KeL was super helpful answering questions & guiding me to the rite products . KeL made my son's day by showing him the Scooby doo bath bomb . Looking forward to our next lush trip .

This was my first times shopping at lush and the employees who were working there had made my experience amazing! They were super friendly and knowledgeable about their products! I will definitely being going back to lush, specifically this location 🥰

First time visiting the much newer and improved location on the first floor. Wow! What an improvement from the former location! Savannah made it even better. Thanks for finding the things I love and showing me some new stuff to fall in love with. Karma forever!

Stopped by Lush yesterday with my two daughters. Kat was very helpful in showing us the newest creations by Lush. She made great suggestions based on my likes and needs. Thank you Kat for helping my girls pick out fun bath bombs. It made taking a bath so much easier last night!

I had such a pleasant experience visiting this store ! It’s been awhile since I’ve been to LUSH but both the girls that were working were very knowledgeable and sweet. Because of their great customer service, I ended up buying a few things and they were also generous enough to give some samples of stuff I wanted to try. I’ll be back to restock my items at this store for sure ! :)

My favorite store! I love this Lush in Freehold. It is looks beautiful and smells awesome as soon as you walk in. It is very well-stocked, they almost always have the Lush item I am looking for. The staff is always super-helpful and accommodating.

Literally the best LUSH. All of the Lush stores near me are closed permanently. So I got lucky and found this store. It had such a huge variety! Products were fresh! Staff was Soooooooooo nice and even provided me samples of the items we wanted to try! My daughter loved the lady with purple hair! Very nice store, I'll be back again soon!

It's been years since I've been to this mall and to Lush in particular. Picked up some staples (love their body sprays) and got some fun bath products. The bath melts are great to moisturize in a bath. Great customer service and overall a great experience.
