Lovesac is awesome! -Both the couches and the customer service. I broke a foot on one of the "sactionals" and went in expecting to purchase a new one. No need! The folks inside the store explained that Lovesac has a lifetime warranty and had it shipped to me right away.

We haven’t received the couches yet but if they are half as amazing as the customer service we’ll be more than satisfied! I highly recommend visiting Justin and Tate at the Freehold store.

The location at Freehold Mall had the best workers. I always wanted a Love Sac and their personalities really made me cave. The 48 month plan is an amazing promotion and now my Love Sac is coming and I can’t wait to enjoy it non stop.

I've been meaning to leave a review after my exceptional experience at the Freehold Mall store. After researching Lovsac online, I went to the store for visuals and to test the cushions. Jessica helped me configure my sactional and showed me material samples. I even got to interact with Dave, and both were very knowledgeable & pleasant to talk to. The whole purchase process was smooth. A week later I stopped back in the store because I forgot the sactional configuration that I chose. Dave and Sharon were very helpful to show me more configuration so that I can take pictures.10 /10 for this team

Bought a home last year was ready to make a purchase but received the worst experience ever I would hate to say that it was because I was not dressed to impress or worse person of color but I went in with my younger brother 19 looking to see how the sound quality is on the speakers the first attendant was short and dismissive. The second was trying to get the next (don't blame her) but she was at least somewhat helpful. Seems to me like this store needs some training on technical specs and to see how things work it took me a few seconds to realize how the operation system works and answered my doubts but not asked simple discovery questions it has pushed me away from Lovesac with a very bad taste.
