The shop is known for its stand-up service. They are honest and will not pressure or rip off customers. In one instance, they helped a stranded driver without accepting payment. They are also willing to assist with diagnostics and repairs even on vehicle makes they do not typically service. Their work rate is $96 per hour and they do not install customer-supplied parts, but they get deliveries fairly quickly. The place is always crowded with customers, including loyal clients of over 30 years who bring all their cars for service.
I got an oil change and Lou and his team were great! Even when setting up the appointment he was honest and accommodating. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.
