Their sheds are far better quality than anything else you will find nearby. Tony was very helpful. Visit the lot and look at all their sheds. You will immediately be able to see the quality.

I ordered a shed from Lancaster Direct Sheds. They have very competitive pricing and deliver a quality product. The sheds are made in Lancaster PA, by experienced Amish masters. Tony was very helpful. He showed us what the base should look like. We followed his advise, and couldn't be happier. I will recommend Lancaster Direct to anyone who is in the market for a shed. There are many shapes and sizes to choose from, as they have a large display. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered a shed from this place. I noticed the joints of bar counter were breaking. There are multiple areas of the shed that is falling apart. I spoke with Tony the salesman in May and was told that someone will be getting back to me. I'm still waiting for this alleged person. I been calling but noone is responding. I just keep getting pushed for weeks into the summer now. Its unacceptable to treat customers this way.

I went into this business to get an estimate for an 8x10 shed. Upon my arrival the owner was on the phone. At some point he looked up and acknowledged that I was standing there, and he motioned to me he’d be “just a few more minutes” on his call. I patiently waited. The other gentlemen who was a separate business within the shop selling the swing sets asked me want I was trying to purchase to see if he could help me because at this point even he realized I was being kept waiting a bit too long.I told him I wanted a shed, and he informed me I had to continue waiting for the owner. After patiently waiting for almost 40 minutes, I then said well how much longer are you going to be…, he then looked up from his call and said…, well I don’t give written estimates without a deposit. At that point I just stormed out.REALLY!!! First of all I had been waiting to speak with him about what I wanted for 40 minutes. How can you receive a deposit from someone when you don’t even know what they want, and an estimate given so the customer even knows what the item would cost to even discuss the deposit needed!Well I would never do business with such a rude person. I don’t recommend going to this business to purchase your shed. My family drove up to Lancaster, PA and dealt directly with the Amish craftsmen building these beautiful sheds, got a great price, and most of all excellent customer service!The owner of Lancaster Direct’s lack of professionalism and courtesy cost his business several thousand dollars. But I got what I needed. Motto: you don’t have to accept bad service when you are spending your hard earned money.

We had a pavilion purchased from Lancaster Direct. Tony was a pleasure to deal with and ordering was easy. Delivery was early and professionally installed by Amish builders. Pricing was fair and we thought we got a better value and some personal options with Lancaster Direct. On the day of install work was completed in about 6 hours and the area was left spotless and the the pavilion was wiped down by the builders. We’ve had a lot of construction and contractors recently and this was the only purchase and install that did not have a problem and left me perfectly satisfied. I would highly recommend. I bought a shed from here about 4 years ago. I checked out a few shed places before I visited here. I walked in and the salesman was immediately friendly and fun to deal with. He took me out to look at the sheds on site and I could immediately tell that they were quality built. I'm a big DIY guy and was going to build my own if I didn't come across this place. 2x4s at 16 off center for studs while almost every other shed place was using 2x3 studs as far apart as 24 inches. Quality door hinges and windows. Vinyl siding too.Go back inside and start discussing options. They weren't pushy at all. I'm tall. 6 foot 6 and I was going to store my motorcycle so I wanted a garage door on the end. I also requested 7 foot high walls so I could stand in the shed. The extra wall height was only around 200 more dollars while a shed place in wall that starts with a K wanted around 900 dollars. I was able to pretty much customize the shed however I wanted. Doors and windows wherever I pleased. Who offers that anymore? Free delivery too. I put down half the money and a few days before delivery gave them the other half. Day of delivery the guy shows up and uses a Shed Mule (Google it) to drop the shed precisely where I wanted it without damaging anything.. He was also another friendly guy.I couldn't be happier with this experience. In this day and age to get service like I did is like finding a unicorn. I'm generally a very critical person and it takes a lot (good or bad) for me to actually write a review. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality shed for a great price. I was able to get a vinyl sided shed for less than a wood sided one at other places. I forgot to mention that you can pick what color siding and shingles you want.Great place! 5 stars. If I buy another shed it's coming from them.

We were told that the shed would be made and delivered in 4 weeks. It’s been over 8 weeks and after week 6, we can’t get an honest answer/return call with approx eta or reason for extended delay. I highly recommend to never do business with these people. Friends have ordered sheds from Jersey Sheds in Jackson and have had great experiences.
