I dont know why this place has bad reviews. My experience was pleasant. Easy check in. Bloodwork was painless. In and out in 15 minutes. Entire staff was friendly and professional.

Went for bloodwork based on times listed. There was a paper over the door stating they closed at 10:30am instead of 12pm that was posted

My doctor told me I need to get blood work done and he recommended me to go to labcorp, this was the closest labcorp to my house. I came here and on google it says they close at 2, we got their at 12:58 and the lady said they close in 2 minutes which i already thought was weird, did they not want patients mabye who knows, but the reason i'm writing this review is cause the 2 girls minus Sylvia were very disrespectful for no reason, rolling their eyes, my mom asked them where the room is cause we've never been their before and don’t know where to exactly go and the girl screamed " I SAID ROOM 1!" which at the point is when we got tight, as i sat to get my blood work done after we already paid $1000 they said their was a problem in their computer and it's going to be $2000? I got a refund left and will never be coming back. were they trying to scam us cause their life was over cause patients came to get bloodwork and they were in a bad mood? idk but i will never come back here or ever recommend this place and i will be telling my doctor not to recommend this place to patients, shout-out to sylvia cause she apologized and was being very nice. those other 2 girls need to get checked cause they were being very rude for no reason. I've never went to a health facility and got treated like that in my life. O out of 5.

I had to come into this office for a walk in appointment for some routine bloodwork for a medication that I'm on. Normally I go to the Manalapan office, but I needed this done ASAP, so I went to Freehold since it was closer. The woman at the front desk was helpful in getting me seen that day, but the phlebotomist that did my bloodwork was horrible. I had asked her to use a butterfly needle, as I was trying to get over a fear of needles and I also had a history of passing out while getting blood drawn. She refused, saying that I don't need a butterfly needle, then stuck me with what felt like a pretty big one. It hurt more than I felt it should, but thankfully I managed to leave the office without passing out. This experience had me leaving the office feeling very upset and angry at the fact that she didn't respect my wishes and didn't seem to care for my well-being. If that's her attitude towards all of her patients, I don't think she should be working in the healthcare field. I won't be coming back to this office for any future bloodwork.

Strange place. Small waiting room jammed with people. 4 kiosks to check in and then a disembodied voice calling your name... where is the voice calling you? No idea, ah, a fellow waiting person points to a door. Two people behind plexi glass take your info and then you wait in a hallway. Are there signs telling you where to wait? Nah, figure it out yourself. Phlebotomyists were great.

Avoid this location if at all possible. Maybe they will take you, maybe they won’t. Rudeness is an art form here. Really Labcorp? You can do better.

I don't think I have ever written a review for an establishment in my life, but I left my appointment feeling very disappointed in the young women who were working in the Freehold Office Wednesday afternoon. I had brought my 13 month old son in to have his blood drawn for the first time, and the two women who took my sons blood were so clearly bothered by my baby becoming upset during the blood draw. He was crying to the point of gagging while they tied bands around his arms. Which is normal behavior for a scared baby in pain. They gave me no direction during or after the draw, and when I asked, I was told rudely that they will let me know. I am a person who gives grace when I go to an establishment and someone is late, or makes a mistake etc. As we all should be. But when it comes to rudeness and when it comes to a child, I don't think there is any excuse for that. I do hope neither of these young women have children and that they receive a lesson in being a bit more pleasant, whichever way that lesson comes.

Do not ever ever think to go there. I went there to drop off my 24 hours gallon urine sample on 2/11/2023. The lap is on the 2nd floor of this building. As soon as I stepped inside the office, I can see a large crowd of people waiting inside the small office. It is extremely uncomfortable and unorganized place. I was called in after 10 minutes of waiting to meet with the front desk lady with red lipstick. She asked me to write my name on the lid and the side of the gallon which I did and she took away my prescription. I was extremely skeptical about it. Then she asked me to do her job by bringing the gallon to the back of the office where I met the lady in the back and was told that the prescription must be put inside the brown bag where I have the gallon in it. Or it won’t be sent out for testing. So I went back to the front and asked for my prescription to be put in the brown bag with the red lipstick lady. You know what she said to me? She said that we don’t do like that here. She also told me that she will put the prescription in the bag later. But I still insisted to have my prescription in the brown bag. Then she said to me don’t worry about it. She promised me that the prescription will be put in the bag for me. So I left that Freehold Lapcorp with an uneasy feeling as I felt that there might be something wrong happens after this. And yes, it does. After waiting for the test result for more than 48 hours, I didn’t get an email about the result. I filed a complaint on Lapcorp website. There is no word about this. I also called to speak with customer service, and heard nothing back. My doctor also called for the result for me. No word back either. This place is a mess and should be shut down. Lapcorp headquarters should go there undercover and observe how this place operates. So they know what I am taking about. My doctor told me that I am not the first one that complained about this place as there are many of her patients complained about their samples were mishandled and misplaced by this Freehold Lapcorp.Lapcorp in Howell should resume Saturday service again. The service that I received from Lapcorp Howell is top notch.I took a leap of faith to drop off my sample at Freehold Lapcorp after reading so many bad reviews because I will not be around to drop off the sample at Lapcorp Howell during the week. And guess what?! It back fired me!Trust the reviews! And don’t go to Freehold Lapcorp ever!
