A professional organization with a professional staff. Isaiah who sold me a sofa and chair was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and provided excellence in customer satisfaction. Another staff member named Joani provided assistance in providing information regarding companies that reupholster outdoor furniture....another example in providing excellence in customer satisfaction at La-Z-Boy.

My mother and I went here to get a lift recliner for my elderly grandfather. I called the day before to verify they had the one we were interested in and they called me back promptly to let me know they did. We were greeted by Robin and she was so kind to us. We chatted for a while about the chair as well as life in general. Our experience was very smooth and pleasant. The store was clean, had a huge inventory, and felt very spot-on with today's design trends. The chair is coming in one week. They were on a 6-8 week delivery for custom fabric so we picked one in stock to get it sooner for him. After our purchase we walked around and looked at everything for fun. Everyone was chatting with us and being very nice. 10/10 experience.

We were fortunate to have Maria take care of us. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently found just the perfect reclining chair. Then she helped us select a fabric for the chair and options. She managed to make what we thought would be daunting into a very pleasant experience.
