I was having problems with my account and couldn't get into the app. I came into rhe Freehold office and Jose and Dominique were wonderful....they fixed the app and showed me how to get into it without a problem.I really appreciate their attention and patience. Thank you Jose and Dominique!!

Staff is very friendly. Great classes. Equipment in pretty good shape although could be newer weights. Women only section is pretty open. Locker room is kept clean and stocked.

Coach Wendell’s knockout class is the best! Challenging, engaging, and he’s always changing it up to keep ot interesting. I wish all classes were 1 hour long!
Long time residents will recall Jersey Strong Freehold stands where the Original Freehold Cinema 6 Movie Theater was located in the 1970’s and 80’s. Though long gone, you can still feel hints of the theater in the clubs tremendously high ceilings and open work out areas.Located on Route 9 North, just South of the Freehold Mall and next to downtown Freehold, this location is easily accessible from all four directions and services members from Freehold, Howell, Millstone, Marlboro and Manalapan. It was expanded and renovated multiple times, most recently in 2014.
