Had my first service which was an oil and lubrication and the point of service to check out the car. Think paying close to $100 was well overpriced as I can get the same service and pay 1/2. This service should have taken less than 1 hour but was there for 2 hours. Also asked them to help program the home link for more than one device and was told they are not sure how, and I should call homelink to have them help me program. (this is something the dealer should have done for proper customer care). Only one nice thing is they washed the car. I think the first oil change etc should come when you buy a car from the dealer. There are other closer dealers for me to look into servicing my new car.

I love my Mazda CX5. I am in the market for a new vehicle due to its age. However I cannot consider another Mazda due to the incredible delays in obtaining service. My vehicle sat in the lot for 2 days before a technician was available to do an initial diagnosis. The actual repair work was great and the technician was knowledgeable. But it seems like they need more people.

I purchased a new 2024 Lincoln Nautilus in July. Already have had electrical issues with my vehicle causing it to drain the battery. I called to have it serviced and was told the soonest they could have a loaner car to me would be 3 weeks. I pushed the issue and they rented me a car but could not complete all the recalls that can be causing the malfunctions. I got the car back and had the electrical reset once already since having it back and received another recall on the car. I called again to make a service appointment and again was told 3 weeks until i could get a loaner while being serviced. Feel this reflects poorly on the manufacturer of the vehicle that in such a short period of time so many issues have occurred with the car and the dealership that they could not service my vehicle with a loaner in a more timely fashion.

Terrible costumer service, zero politeness. me and my husband were traveling and decided to stop by to see a car, I cannot say for sure, but I really think the guy that assisted us is racist and didn’t like us because we were using simple clothes and shoes. I won’t say that they don’t have good products, but I really think that if you are committed with justice, you should think twice, before doing business with that kind of a person.
