Just now, 3:35pm on 12/21/23, one of your trucks just blew through a light making a left hand turn at the intersection of Prospect plains and Applegarth in Monroe Twp and almost cause an accident. Absolutely terrible driving

I made my return there and working there was okay at first but then I found out all along everything about iron mountain was all a lie, very unprofessional and very bad place to work for, you only get hired through a temp agency, The hiring manager up front of the building is a very nasty person, He's not a nice person he's rude and disgusting, My time at iron mountain was okay but in the end everybody was all drama, iron mountain doesn't do anything good for nobody, I'm glad I'm out of that place I'll never return there again

I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK HERE! You are just a number to them and they play manipulative games getting co workers against each other by how many "boxes" you finish in one day. Its a revolving door of people being hired, fired, or quit. They treat you worse than you would treat an animal. Favoritism 10000%. I already felt terrible with my self esteem to work a job here because of this pandemic, I was "OVER QUALIFIED" for all of the jobs in my career, from graduating from COLLEGE, so I was willing to take any and all jobs to keep up with bills. I have an extensive educational background as well as I have only worked in TWO JOBS IN 18 YEARS. Shows you my work ethic and performance if I'd keep two job of that length and only lose my job because of the coronavirus. I was astonished that they fired me....I know the real reason why, but they said I violated the hippa law by telling people a co workee has covid....now one, I don't remember any of the names barely of the several people that worked there as long as I did. Did I talk about covid, YES. BUT I SPOKE ABOUT HOW WE ALL HAVE TO BE MORE VIGILANT ABOUT WHAT WE WERE DOING TO ALL STAY SAFE. BECAUSE THERE WERE A LOTTTT OF COVID CASES IN IRON MOUNTAIN....NEVER ONCE MENTIONED A NAME. I GET A CALLED NOT TO COME BACK (WHERE A LOT OF MY STUFF IS IN THE LOCKER THERE THAT I WASNT ALLOWED TO GET BACK) THEY CALL ME TO NOT COME IN, IM FIRED FOR REPEATING SO AND SO HAS COVID....So ridiculous...I was always the FIRST one there for my shift and slept in my car in the freezing month of December so I didn't drive an hour home for the 3 hr gap to work a night then a morning shift so they could meet a deadline. And that was how I was treated.....but thank you for firing me. It allowed me to have time to find a job I need to use my brain with and will give benefits, since I've learned my worth thanks to you guys.....management should be ashamed of how they treated their employees, WE ARE PEOPLE TOO, GOING THROUGH A PANDEMIC, SCARED AND HAVE FAMILIES TO PROVIDE FOR. I gave you guys my all, and you tossed me away for the quickest temp the multiple agencies you guys use to find more "bodies" then get rid of EVERYONE WHEN THINGS SLOW DOWN....then you can't collect unemployment, nothing, thanks to Iron mountain. You guys are TERRIBLE. THIS PLACE IS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING NOWHERE IN LIFE AND CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THE JOB OR THEIR APPEARANCE AND IRON MOUNTAIN CONTINUES TO HIRE THEM....

Overall, the workers and the company does great with their projects, fellow colleagues are very helpful, the incentives on food is nice, and diversity and inclusion is great. However, I would recommend to not work there, hre's why:1) Managers only verbally instruct how to prepare documents to the workers, without proper documentation of any instructions on handling confidential material, and workers take the blame for their ill instructions. (a) These instructions are ever changing and there is no documentation of these updates. (b) One Manager says something completely different from the other. (c) Sometimes, Document Preparers are not even made aware of the instructions. (d) The Preparers request written instructions and none are made. 2) Some of the Managers & Floor Supervisors are very hostile and aggressive on how they speak to the Preparers and need to be better trained. (a) They slam boxes next to you. (b) Push papers off desks (c) Some loudly gossip negatively about other Preparers (d) They yell and demand answers, loudly point out a mistake (on their part usually because there is no consistent instruction) without speaking in a professional manner (e) Managers abuse their power 3) No disciplinary action/ accountability is ever taken upon these Managers4) Subordinates/ Preparers are rudely discouraged to have innovative ideas regarding team building amongst their fellow coworkers, when requested to Managers. 5) Training is terrible altogether. The Managers don't even tell you the formal reason of why you are doing the project.6) The very loud fire alarm system goes off for 15+ minutes sometimes with more than 50+ people, including elderly workers, listening to this loud noise on end, without any immediate action to stop the noise. 7) There needs to be more fans in the warehouse area, especially during hot summer times, except the one with more than 50 people in the warehouse. 8) Copy Machines break down and no immediate action is taken, with days on end until having them fixed.9) Both breakrooms should have ample utensils, and there is often a shortage.10) Emergency training should be done before workers begin the job, not weeks after - as this is poses an unsafe working space.11) Lockers are given to some workers and not others

Dont do temp work there, the manager is cheap, not worth 10 dollars an hour for extreme pressure to perform

I don't know why people have posted bad reviews on working there. Yes it can be noisy at times with the forklifts going back and forth, but when they were hired, they were told what the conditions would be there. It is a storage facility, and some of the work is repetitive, but what job isn't repetitive? Some people can hack certain jobs, and others can't.

This is a massive storage facility that I really have no need to be at except for the fact that they can't seem to fix their fire alarm system so I get to visit frequently at all inconvenient times. would not recommend.

Terrible peoples , I worked there less then a month, and then I figured that this place only for the people who has a zero chance or no opportunity in life , it is actually for them not for me . I'm glad I left them
