4340 US-9, Freehold“Everyone has a story about going to the cable company office. Now I've got a good one since visiting the Freehold location. I was greeted cheerfully and immediately had a rep pulling up acct. info. so I could return a TV box for my Dad. Literally 5 minutes later I was saying thanks and goodbye,and had info on new cell service in hand. Employees all looked happy to be there and were pleasant. I didn't see a single disgruntled customer,which is unusual at a cable service office. Optimum seems to be trying hard to make clients happy, or at least not unhappy. Thumbs up!”
“I was at the Freehold store today and Eddy was my sales rep. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I am not good with technicallyHe explains everything to me where I was able to understand it. He also is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store because I was not sure what phone to get. I think that T-Mobile is lucky to have him as an employee because most companies don't have employees that are so considerate of their customers. T-Mobile is lucky to have him as an employee because of what I said earlier therefore I highly recommend that he I highly recommend that he gets a raise or at least a free lunch for the month he was my Christmas angel.”
