Five stars all the way ! If you’re looking for a one stop shop, Ideal Tile is the place for you . Home renovation can be very overwhelming at times but this wasn’t the case here . From my first visit to the showroom, to the very end it was seamless . Francesca was extremely knowledgeable and was a huge help when it came to making decisions regarding color schemes and different textures . After going through their large selection of gorgeous tile, she helped me make my final decision . I couldn’t have done it without her . Marco’s crew showed up on time and worked in a timely fashion . Most importantly , at the end of each day they left my home in tip top condition . I couldn’t be happier with the final product of this bathroom remodel . I highly recommend Ideal Tile for your next project !

Tyson, at Ideal Tile, has been a real pleasure to work with. Very helpful in my decision making of what would work and what would not. Ideal Tile has a great selection of tiles. It was the first place I went to. I ended up checking out 5 other stores only to come back here because of the selection and helpfulness of Tyson. Can't wait to see the finished project.

My wife and I just had our kitchen remodeled. We used Ideal tile to install our backsplash. Words cannot describe how outstanding this job turned out. Mike at Ideal Tile was instrumental in picking out our backsplash. Knowledgeable, professional and someone who won’t let you down. The guys who installed ( Joe and Dan) have decades of experience. Joe has been with Ideal for over 30 years. That says and means a lot. True professionals. We are now going to use Ideal for our next job. A stone wall to surround our fireplace from floor to ceiling. We can’t wait. I am highly recommending Ideal Tile of freehold, and they will not disappoint. They definitely should be part of a tile project that will transform your home into a house of beauty. Call them, they will not disappoint.

I recently completed my kitchen renovation and Ideal Tile was my go-to place for the backsplash. Tyson was really helpful on narrowing down the tile selection. He provided samples to take home, something other tile vendors did not provide during our visit. Having the samples at home helped us determined the right color and shape we needed to order. This was priceless. Thanks Ideal Tile and specially Tyson for your business.Highly recommend

5 Star experience all around. I highly recommend. When planning my kitchen renovationI met with Mike (sales) he listened to what I had in mind and guided me to the perfect kitchen floor and backsplash. I had been to a few other stores prior to visiting Ideal Tile. I was pressured with unnecessary information of factories closing abroad and encouraged to make a decision asap. I showed up confused and overwhelmed.My Ideal tile order and delivery was exceptional, on time and they also clearly communicated a time line with my contractor. Our installer Victor and his team came daily for a week. Everyday they cleaned up and left my home the way they found it. (Very professional) I love my tile!!! Overall : Professional, expert design and great communication.I am truly grateful.

Very happy to have worked with Mike and Ideal Tile of Freehold. They were informative and patient throughout the consultation portion, and Mile's recommendations were helpful and appreciated. The installation and subsequent follow-up was also stellar, with minor snafus (missing faceplate to heated floor thermostat) resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Mike went above and beyond our expectations and answered every questions we threw at him but most importantly left us with a beautiful looking bathroom - thanks Mike!

With lots of decisions to make during our recent kitchen renovation, Tyson and Mike were so helpful in guiding us in choosing a floor and backsplash. At Mike's suggestion, we chose the large floor tiles and, as promised, they look spectacular! It was really hard to settle on a backsplash but, again, suggestions from Tyson and Mike helped us make a great choice. The installers were so efficient and incredibly neat. They got everything done on time despite a snowstorm. I highly recommend the whole crew.

In exploring bathroom tile options we visited the new "big box" stores and found associates that relied on displays for ideas and often could not answer basic questions (i.e. country origin). We were most fortunate to visit Freehold Ideal Tile and meet Mike. We wanted a simple but classic look that would not be outdated in a few years. Mike listened to our needs and mentally shaped our bathroom into a design that far exceeded our expectations. What we most appreciated are Mike's experience and strong conviction on certain things when we were unsure (he turned out to be 100% right). What sold us is Mike's emphasis on the whole process - customer needs, design, quality of materials, installation and follow-up (Mike was involved throughout the process). The complete process was missing at the big chains as well as other local tile retailers we visited. Our Ideal Tile experience was exceptional in all aspects and highly recommend.

I don’t know where to begin first of all the manager Michael was very arrogant in my home had an attitude issue and the people that he hired look like they came off of the railroad tracks day workers. They didn’t put enough glue behind the tiles they were just dabbing the tiles I had to clean up after them every single day one gentleman came in the souls fell off his shoes I had to offer him a pair of shoes . Out of the four just one spoke English . And they had to remove tiles off the wall and the floor because of their mistakes and all the floor because of in accurate cuts in wrong heights for shelving in the shower . They stained my sidewalk and driveways they kill the grass from chemicals .

I went into this store with a very odd request and the gentleman was very nice and explained that he did not install the flooring that I needed and we went on to have a nice conversation. Although he could not provide the services that I needed this time, this store would be my first choice for any sale or installation of tile that I may have in the future.
