Poor professionalism. Sent inquiry in over the weekend, had multiple calls by Monday morning saying the vehicle was available from Kayla, then when we tried contacting, it would go straight to voicemail, and we received numerous calls from her number and she would hang up. We drove over an hour to the dealership and when were within 10 minutes of the dealership she texted and said someone was there "probably buying the car" Kayla you are very unprofessional, and honestly should be reimbursing me for my gas to drive there. You knew we were coming from far and played both sides. So much for being "for the customer". Worst experience of my life there!

The staff at Honda of Freehold truly surprised me to my core. We all know that purchasing a vehicle can be a sketchy experience, not the case here. I was treated with courtesy and great hospitality by everyone at Honda of Freehold. I want to lay special accolades to Lou Calderon and Peter "Special K" Kamel, who handled the sale of my new Accord. Thank you Raj for your amazing service! I just purchased a used CRV this weekend, and my husband and I were really impressed with how smoothly and quickly the process went. So many other dealers make you jump through ridiculous hoops, but from start to finish, everything went great. Raj was a true professional, and we would recommend anyone in the market for purchasing a Honda to go straight to this dealership and ask for Raj Kang!

Easy to recommend. Damian was the among the most understanding and accommodating of people my wife and I have ever worked with during a car buying experience. Same goes for Paul in the back! Hondas and Toyotas sell themselves so the sales people aren’t always flexible. This was a major exception for sure.
