Poor customer service. Horrible seamstress. DO NOT GET ANYTHING ALTERED HERE. Seamstress is sloppy & not willing to correct her mistake, but still charges for items they screwed up. Have to pay again somewhere else to get fixed.Service: Alterations

Love this dry cleaner!The service is quick, clean and NOT the most expensive in the area. They do a booming business but still maintain a personal relationship with each customer. Once you go Hometown, you'll NEVER go anywhere else!!!Services: Laundry wash & fold

I've worked for this new owner since march when he took over and never had any issues until January 4, 2023. He allow another employee to come in sick and put everyone else at risk, same employee for the second time since last month, which got me sick both times. He brushed it off and said she wasn't or isn't sick because she didn't have the flu or a fever. I got upset that once again, after finally getting over the cough and congestion I had for 3 wks I have to deal with it all over again because he is careless. On another note I've caught, on several occasions, him overcharging customers. He will charge them for a dry cleaned shirt (which is $7.75 a shirt) and end up laundering it (which costs only $2.75 a shirt). there are more incidents but I don't have that kind of time to go into details. All in all this man doesn't not values his hard workin employees or his customers.

They dropped off shirts at my house that i told them are not mine. I used this business many years ago. Now im getting bills that they say I owe. I talked to Bernard the new owner, he said don't worry about it. Now the second bill. I feel if they have shirts that now one picks up they find someone to put the bill on. DONT USE THEM. I would give a no star if i could.

My teenage son went in to pick up a shirt and he handed the lady a 50 dollar bill. She said it was a 20 and gave him the wrong change. I went into the store and said it was wrong and the owner Bernard started checking the camera telling me it was a 20 and that his register only has one 50 bill so that Im mistaken. The other lady was laughing. I know it was a 50 because that is all I had in my wallet and my son asked why are you giving me a 50 when its only 7.50. Bernard Bertrand the owner said that it was my word against theirs and without proof he was not giving me the correct change. Really? taking advantage of a teenage kid and then calling the customer a liar. I was standing there for 30 minutes while he checked his phone and saying see its a 20 while you couldnt see anything except it was a bill. Stay away from this place they are crooks and the shirt was all wrinkled too!Service: Organic dry cleaning

I would give 0 (that's ZERO) stars but one star is the lowest. THEY WON'T WEAR MASKS!!!!! Therefore, I go to any other cleaners but Hometown Cleaners. Obviously, they don't need my business. I will NEVER go back!!!
