I ordered multiple rings from Giorgio’s Fine Jewelry. The rings are great pieces of art. What makes Giorgio’s a special place is that the owner Bill goes above and beyond to make the customer satisfied. His patience is what makes the company one of a kind. My husband and I dropped off our wedding rings to get sized and polished. My husbands ring needed to be sized and my 2 rings needed to be polished. We met up with Victor who was extremely kind and helpful. After 2 weeks we went back to pick up our jewelry and nothing was ready! We were traveling and promised that our jewelry would be ready on time. We’ve been going to Victor for a long time and absolutely love his customer service however we are extremely disappointed at the jeweler who had our stuff for a while and didn’t get anything done. This is not the first time this happened so I had to leave this review for anyone thinking to get repairs done at Giorgio’s

Giorgio's is the best fine jeweler around! I always have a wonderful experience any time that I am in the store. From recommendedations of new pieces to suggestions on reworking existing jewelry, I feel I am always given the best advice. His staff is nothing but accomodating and super friendly, constantly.

A few months ago I had a small diamond replaced in my engagement ring. I was told that they were going to put in a real diamond. I just found out that the diamond is fake.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience shopping at Giorgio’s Fine Jewelry in the Freehold Raceway Mall. The earrings that were custom-made for me are absolutely dazzling. I love them! The service I received from Bill at each visit was second to none. He is patient, informative, honest, fair, and clearly cares about developing a strong relationship with his customers. I highly recommend shopping there for your next fine jewelry purchase.

I was planning on getting engaged to my girlfriend- picked out a ring they already had. He had some recommendations & I never gave him the go ahead to do them just wanted to ring held for me. Gave him $250 .now the engagement had to be called off & they won’t give me my money back. Unbelievable- bad business I’ll never use them in the future because of this .also price of ring was outrageous .. complete rip off after I did some research.
