Had a great experience today, Tommy helped me out gave me a detailed breakdown on what games to look out for. Amazing customer service skill, super friendly and helpful I usually try to stay away from gamestops... I like retro stores but will shop here again mostly thanks to him.

As a store this is one of the better GameStop's and one of the better stores at Simon's freehold raceway mall. Going towards the corporation though, they didn't recognize the several thousand points in my rewards and charged me full price. Why bother having a rewards system then?
