I wouldn’t recommend this place for a few reasons. I received a new hood from this establishment and not even a month later the paint was chipping. The quality of work is poor. When I was picking up my car there seemed to be a disconnect. It seemed that one of the make workers in the main lobby/reception area wasn’t expecting me. I called ahead of time because I live 30 mins away and wanted ti make sure my car was finished and I could come pick it up. After I paid, the same man said to me “well it’s done but we didn’t have time to wash it or clean it up for you”. I don’t know why they would tell me it was finished and then proceeded to let me wait there for 30 mins for them to get my car for me if they didn’t have time to give it back to me in the condition they would have hoped. Regardless or the wash the pain chipping is more of the issue as now it is rusting.

The owner Bob has assembled a team of highly trained professionals that are truly dedicated to providing phenomenal customer service as well as top notch repairs on your vehicle. Freehold Collision did an amazing job on my car.
I got in a fender bender a few weeks before I left for school and they had it fixed and cleaned in two weeks.
The customer service was amazing and they were extremely helpful and KIND the entire time. I would recommend and will recommend this place to anyone who has been in an accident.

I had a great experience with Freehold Collision and would recommend their expertise and services to anyone. The shop that had done my previous oil change stripped the screws and damaged my oil pan that when I brought it to a few different places, no one was able to do the job or was going to charge me an arm and a leg. I brought my car in to Freehold Collision and they were able to do my oil change and replace the damaged pan expeditiously and for far less than these other shops were looking to charge me! They care about their customers and their cars and I surely will be back in the future!

I recently had to bring my car to Freehold Collision Auto Body Repair Shop after it was hit by another driver, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My dealership recommended Freehold Collision because they are certified and it's the one they use, and now I understand why.
Joe and his team were incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, which alleviated a lot of the stress that comes with dealing with car repairs. Despite having to work with a difficult insurance company, the team handled everything with professionalism and ease.

I cannot say enough good things about Freehold Collision! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly team who truly cared about my experience. Christine, in particular, went above and beyond by providing regular updates on the status of my car throughout the repair process, which really eased my mind.
After being involved in a fender bender that left my car in need of significant repairs - including replacing the right quarter panel, painting the hood, and aligning the door - I was unsure of what to expect. However, Freehold Collision surpassed all my expectations. Not only did they complete the repairs efficiently, but the paint job was pristine, leaving my car looking as good as new!

Absolutely fantastic and helpful. They took care of everything through my dealership. They aligned me with Enterprise for a rental and they were very communicative throughout the process. My car is leased so any damage needed to be handled properly which they did in alignment with the car dealership. I would use again. Excellent business.

my car was hit New Years Eve by who knows. a friend works at FCC so I figured I'd bring my car by to be looked at. I had no idea how any of this worked with insurance. Christina, the woman at the front desk, was the best help to me I could have asked for. she helped explain everything to me and got me through the entire process so easily. the work done to my car was perfect. so happy with it.
my car got hit again after picking it up from the first incident and FCC was so great again.. my poor car is home and perfect now. all the work done was great and Christina truly was a huge help through it all.

Do not take your car here. Horrible customer service especially from the front desk girl Christina. They do not communicate with the customers in regards to the job that is being done and even told us they do not need need to call clients whether a claim was approved or not. How awful. All they will try to do is overbill insurance and try to rip customers off. The job is not done right and beware!!!

After waiting 6 weeks we finally got our car back. It took 3 times longer than originally estimated for the work to be completed. But our car is beautiful. The work is amazing. The car is so spotless it sparkles. They did a fantastic job. For all the issues that came with repairs they made up for it. I want to say thank you for going the extra mile to be sure we are pleased with the repairs and services. I truly appreciate it.

Would never use this shop again. No one know what is going on at the auto body shop, they lied about where my car was when I have a GPS in the car to know every single movement. On top of that, I was supposed to pick it up and a couple hours before they called me back up and told me that someone backed up into my car !!!Very unreliable would not recommend using this place ever!!!
