“I placed an order through the website mid-afternoon on a Saturday for a close friend who lost a family member. The delivery options were only set for Monday, as it was later in the day (totally reasonable!), but I added a comment that said, if possible, could you deliver today as it is for a death in this friend's family, but if not, Monday is totally fine. The stunning arrangement was made and delivered within a few hours. I cannot thank you all enough for going above and beyond. It was unexpected but so so so appreciated.”
