Horrible service !!! Called 45 minutes before arriving to make sure they had the shoe size needed and they did!!! They said they would hold! I get to the store they Sold it a few minutes before . What the hell!!! No accountability from anyone for what they did!So wrong ! So disappointed

Horrible service. Walked in today in hopes of finding shoes for my whole family but walked out with absolutely nothing. The staff working there today, December 31st around 3pm were clearly under the influence. I normally wouldn’t care but my family & I did not get any service until I went to the register with a handful of shoes. Upon finding someone to help, I could not understand them due to their mumbling. Spoke to another associate who was also obviously disoriented.I won’t ever shop that this location again. The unprofessionalism and discomfort I experienced here was something I never want to experience again.

I bought a pair of Jordan breds and a pair of Jordan 6 rings online and had to return one of them and get a bigger size for the other.I was at the mall and got to the store a few minutes before they close (couldn’t find the store as they were listed as JD sports on the directory)And- I didn’t have the card that I originally used online.Bret- from the store reordered a bigger pair and gave me a gift card for the other pair.Very helpful and they stayed open till the transaction was complete!Three days later, I have the perfect fitting brand new shoes - in the size that I wanted - delivered.Great service!

I went in there yesterday and bought a pair of presto‘s the sales guy was very helpful I don’t remember his name he looked kind of Asian… I left my bag from Zara in there and I realized when I got home and they held it for me very polite when I called back great customer service I’m very thankful…

Lots of stock to choose from. The worst customer service imaginable. No one cared about the customers including the salespeople, cashiers, and the manager. I guess that stores can survive without caring post covid, but I can’t envision it long term.

When your workout shoes are finished, what do you go to finish line. Well I found a pair on display that I loved but the mate couldn't be found. The manager Max was there and left his employee Keya to figure out the crisis of the missing shoe and what to do. All he could was say im off for the weekend. Is that what managers do now? Unfair, 3 stars for Keya saving the day the minus 2 came from Max.

When my friend and I went to this store while shopping for new running shoes, we were greeted with an extreme attitude from one of the saleswomen, Naeemah. She seemed to be irritated when we asked for another size for a sneaker. However, the two other men working were incredibly nice and helpful. I did not appreciate the unwelcome feeling, and am unsure if I will return in the future.

Wait can be sometimes long. Music played in the store can be definitely better. Some music more belongs to inner city and street "hood" level. Anyone employed or college graduate may definitely feel not belonging here based on music alone and first initial impression. But folks in the store are surprisingly well dressed and speak very good English. After 30 min things seem better.
