Lost me as a costumer forever. Called and was told over the phone that I can exchange a gift that I was given without a receipt, tags were on the item. Drove all the way to the mall they told me I can only exchange it for another item. And when I went to exchange it they said it’s their policy that they don’t accept any exchange or returns without a receipts. Absolutely horrible experience and will never recommend this store or shop here ever again.

I've been going here since they opened in the mall, and honestly it's my go-to. I prefer this over the old (outdated) Asian food across the way for multiple reasons. The staff here is always so friendly and I've never ever once had a bad experience with them, even super late when they're closing. You can choose a variety of options and different combinations, and they suit a lot of different diets. (Pescatarian, Vegetarian, etc.) The food and flavor is always on point, special shout-out to the hot and spicy chicken, black pepper chicken, and the tofu with veggies. Pretty reasonable price wise as well as awesome portions. This is my fav spot, always a 10/10

Tough to finish. I left my food how it's shown in the picture. A mix of having food already before and a regrettable decision. Drowning in grease and GMOs. Obviously I wasn't picking this one to be healthy, but next time around I'll have to try Little Tokyo. Still, the prices are reasonable and it's definitely filling if you're in the mood. Next time I probably just need the 1 side with noodles rather than 2. Surprised they don't have beef with broccoli here.

Do NOT shop at Express, Freehold NJ location. Save your time and money elsewhere. There is a worker who is very rude and condescending to customers. When asked about fitting room? She replies : “there is no fitting room because 6 people called in today and we can’t take care of it for people like yourself. Can buy and return in 60 days”. That was her response. It is not my fault workers did not show up and very unnecessary to say all that nonsense to a customer. I almost felt racially profiled when her saying “yourself” like if no one else tries clothes on before shopping. Rude people and shame on them. I left their clothes unfolded and messy on top of other pile. Can’t believe she said such thing to me! Run away do not shop there!

Dina, Julia and Jalynn at the Freehold Mall are simply phenomenal. They make shopping at Express such a positive experience. From the moment you enter the store they welcome customer and offer assistance. The thing that sets them apart is that their offers to assist are not an empty gesture. They went above and beyond to help me find the items I was looking for; made suggestions when applicable and voluntarily searched other stores and online for items and sizes not carried in the store. I felt like a valued customer and I am pretty sure you will feel the same.
