I rented Toyota Camry from 01/24/24 to 02/01/24 from Freehold NJ Enterprise on Throckmorton Street. This branch is a 5 star business with excellent customer service done by Ryan and Joshua for me. Not only they timely picked me up and dropped off to auto body shop but also I received messages from them.The car was in excellent running condition clean and even sanitized. Great choice to rent a car in this place.

This was our second time renting with Enterprise at this location, we had exceptional service each time. And the Manager always went above and beyond to fascilitate our experience (I can't recall her name, but she is fantastic, a year+ apart, and same positive attitude). This particular time there was also a new associate, Michael, who was also very elaborate and helpful, great experience.

Arrived to pick up my rental, checked in and as I was attended the manager popped in and upgraded the rental. Customer service like that is what is missing in this time. From the time I walked in and returned the rental the following day, the manager (she) was there and took possession of the rental with the quickness and quality customer service. Great service

I met with Dan at the freehold NJ location. He couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful. He made sure I had a great car and was in and out as quickly as possible. I will definitely use them again.

All of the workers at the Freehold location on Throckmorton st were very courteous and respectful. I had picked up a car the smelled like smoke they exchanged it quickly with a free upgrade . I would highly recommend this location.

First time ever renting a car and I am so upset over having to write this. The day I went to pick up the rental, I was asked which insurance I would like to choose for the car. I was very confused because I wasn’t aware that was something that needed to be done. It also wasn’t explained to me that this was “ADDITIONAL INSURANCE” and that it was not mandatory for me to buy. I did tell the man who helped me that this was my first time ever having to rent a vehicle (I was in an accident) so I needed all the information possible. He only explained the types of insurance they offered and told me to go with the most expensive one and what it covered so I agreed. I thought I was signing into a one time $20 charge for the “insurance” but on the return day, in the parking lot, the same man who helped me originally told me that I owe $511. I was absolutely confused, upset and stressed out because I was completely unaware of this charge and he saw it on my face and told me to breathe because the insurance was necessary. Later on that night i did some googling and found out the insurance that enterprise offers is not even real insurance, and that it is not mandatory for someone who already owns their own personal insurance. I feel that I have been taken advantage of completely. I emailed the company also explaining my situation and I have yet to get a response. This business is ran very unprofessionally

I would like to compliment the exceptional, great, and friendly quality of service I received from Lucas. Lucas went above and beyond for me; picked me up from my body shop and offered to give me a ride to the dealership, where I bought my new car after I returned the rental. He’s as asset and a huge gain to Enterprise. The corporate should be proud. A+

First time renter. Car was at the shop, needed a rental for a couple weeks. This was back in September. I call to make an appointment as it was referred to me by my insurance. Not many cars were available right away, told them I will take any vehicle. Came in and told the clerk "My insurance only covers $40 a day, that is my limit." Begins to show me a few things on a list, and I reiterate "It's fine if it's under $40."I agree to a few options and shows me that it was indeed under my request. Later on, I find out that he neglected to take in to account the base price per day which was already $30 something dollars and didn't tell me. Now I'm left with an extra $750 bill that I did not need. So either, he can't do basic math or lied in the face of a uniformed military service member. Emphasis on uniform because that what I was wearing when I picked it up on my way to work. I am severely disappointed and will never consider using your services again in the future.

My car is in the shop for repairs and my insurance told me to go to Enterprise for a rental. First car I pick up is a mess dirty windows at night I had to use wipers and they needed to be replaced could not see. When the defrost was on the car smelled of cigarettes. Called them and explained needed to drive out of state and being it was going to rain all weekend I needed a car with working wipers. No problem they said so I went back and Got a VW Jetta. It was very nice and I was told it was washed and checked everything was working great. I went home and had to clean all interior glass because it had a terrible haze and couldn't see at night. When I cleaned the windshield I found the rubber coming off the wiper. Called again and was told take it to repair station and they will fix it. While I'm driving to the service station a message comes on Low coolant. How can I feel safe driving out of town with a car that has issues. I can't get any help now because its after hours !! Very frustrated and won't be using them again.

Renting a car isn't always such an easy thing - - Jacqlyn and Ryan at ENTERPRISE at 267 Throckmorton Street in Freehold couldn't have made it easier. Not only were they helpful in answering questions, but placing me into the perfect vehicle for what I needed it for. Effortless!! Simple!! Smooth!! Have rented from them a number of times and always grateful for the efficient and honesty way they deal with me!!

Had an outstanding experience at enterprise freehold. 2 days before my rental I realized I didn’t have a way to pick up car on Friday afternoon, but needed to come sooner. Spoke to Angelo and he arranged to get the car Thursday instead. Car was clean and ready to go., In addition, they didn’t start the rental until my original start date/time. Lastly, it was a difficult to get mini van. After a week, returned car and again check in easy and staff extremely friendly and helpful. My go to company/location!!!!
