We needed a rental due to an accident (that wasn't our fault), and even trying to rent the smallest vehicle, our insurance coverage wasn't enough to cover the expenses. So I decided not to rent from this company.

Clean and modern facility. Friendly staff. Very nice clean rental. Unfortunately, like many other companies, they are woefully understaffed.

I used to rent from this location regularly for work travel between Freehold and Boston, but after dealing with the manager Steve I gave up. Recently, due to an accident I was forced to get a rental car and needed one as soon as possible. Of course Steve made my experience miserable as usual. While they may not have availability, Steve is rude and unwilling to offer the most basic customer service. Hanging up and refusing to offer any accomodation or help for my situation. I've escalated to the district manager via the customer service site and I'll also escalate to the insurance company as they can't proceed without me getting a car to expedite their claims process.

Joe, Mike, and Steve are fantastic. They were empathetic, caring, and efficient. The experience was easy and care-free. Being kind goes a long way and I think we need more of it. Thankfully, enterprise is full of it.

HORRIBLE experience due to manager Steve. He blatantly lies (I have proof) and he doesn’t even have the courtesy to give me a call back. Can someone above him (regional or district manager) please respond with their contact information so I can explain how unprofessional and rude he was in the interaction?

I’ve used the Howell location many times. Never an issue.Unfortunately my vehicle is taking longer than the 30 days covered, but Steven and Mike are taking good care of me.
