Although the treats taste good, I am quite dissatisfied with the delivery. I was hoping to have the edible arrangement be a nice birthday gift for my fiancé, however, the package looked like it had been tossed around or dropped. There were broken pieces of cheesecake throughout and fruit turned upside down. Hard to say I’d come back considering the price and the result.

start to finish the first phone call to the freehold route 9 incredible edibles was a pleasure speaking with the person that took the call and all the information, this turned out perfect the order was excellent and was delivered as was told. the arrangement i was told tasted as fresh fruit should ripe and sweet the arrangement, was almost too pretty to eat i would not hesitate to use this establishment . just wanted to thank you again

I was calling to share a kudos for the driver who delivered my order so I asked for the store owner. The person who answered made the conversation very awkward. And I’m surprised they didn’t feel empowered enough to ask what it was regarding and if they could assist me with anything. Definitely a coaching opportunity on their end on how to provide better service. Seemed like they were playing games telling me when the owner would be back because first they said she’s not in, then there was awkward silence so I asked when she’ll be in, then they said not for a while and that she’s on vacation, so again I asked when she’ll be back, then they said july, so again I said when exactly? Then they said end of July. I don’t have time for the games.But shout out to the delivery driver today, he was amazing.

This was my first time ordering from here and it will be my last. I spent a lot of money on an order and I had placed an order in advance to be delivered today. When I went online to track my order at 8 am my order was being "arranged" for the next six hours. When I called to receive an update on my order I was told that the "driver did not come in yet and my order would not be delivered by 1pm". I purposely placed my order ahead of time so that it could be delivered in a timely fashion and it was not. Extremely disappointed, don't waste your time or money.

I want to rate this a Zero but that is not possible, so I rate this location a 1-star. The Edible Arrangements, 3338 Rt. 9, Freehold, NJ (store #1180) is HORRIBLE AND LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away from this store. The store owner Trish (cares about her personal time over customer satisfaction) and her employees, Kayla and Debbie lack basic customer service. They have failed to "WOW" the recipient and failed at "Guaranteed Customer Happiness". They delivered a terrible birthday platter with cupcakes flipped on its sides and the mini cakes have missing fruit on top. When I called the store to report the issues and request an exchange, they refused to fix the issue, and blamed corporate for the horrible conditions of the platter. I personally returned the unopened package to the Freehold Store #1180, to request they fix the matter in question and replace the platter and sadly Debbie and Kayla refused to make this a WOW-Worthy experience; they blamed me for their disaster. This store does not care about customer satisfaction and cares less for their corporate mission: "simply to WOW you". Stay away from this place, Trish, Debbie & Kayla care only about sales not service. PS - I informed them today is my birthday and they had no interest and lack compassion about this dreadful experience.

If I could give zero stars I would . Customer service is horrendous. Why would I want to do business with a store that has an attitude problem for simply taking an order down. They never admit to any fault as you could tell in the replies to other peoples reviews. I did take my business to another store location that was not owned by the same owner and they gave me no problems at all. Even when telling the other store about this location they’ve told me they’ve also had problems with that store’s customer service team so not only are they rude to customers but rude to other stores employees. Stay away from this location and if ordering from another store for delivery ask them to not send your order to this location and to send it to the next closest store completely avoid them

I can't thank the staff here enough. I placed an order for my mom (also my boss) from our staff to celebrate the end of chemo..the staff included a chocolate pop because they were so happy for her! The girl who gave me the order was so sweet and genuinely happy for my mom/boss! I'm so thankful for a business that takes their orders personal and celebrate something so big for people they never met ❤️
