Terrible service do not go here. After spending time in the store with sales, settled on a putter. Went to the register to purchase and was told they could not sell (computer would not let them). Manager was less than helpful, so we left. Luckily found the putter online for a lower price too! What a waste of time going to this store.

We want to give a shout out to Sheldon in the fitness/exercise equipment area! He was wonderful on helping us with the issue that we had with our treadmill and the exchange process. He is very friendly, kind, timely and truly cares about his customers! He went above and beyond. We truly appreciate him. Thank you Sheldon!

It’s a terrible experience for a customer to buy clothing at your store and have your employees say you don’t have any shopping bags.

It was great they did not have what I wanted but the salesman told me exactly where I can get it at another store. Just like miracle on 34th St. I loved it.

I filed a claim with Asurion to receive a refund for a baseball bat that I bought from Dick’s Sporting Goods as part of their “No Sweat Protection Plan”. I filed the claim during the coverage period and I was advised by Asurion that they would not refund me the cost of what I paid for the bat per the agreement because it cracked in half and the damage appeared to be “catastrophic”. I then asked the customer service rep at Asurion to show me where in the No Sweat Protection agreement from Dick’s did it specifically state that I wouldn’t receive a discount if the bat was cracked and they were not able to provide it. This company didn’t comply with the agreement that I signed. Furthermore, the customer sales rep at Dick’s who explained the plan at the time of purchase ensured me at the time of purchase that if the bat cracked, I would receive a full refund if I purchased the “No Sweat Protection Plan”. I was deceived and lied to and now I’m out $310.

This is terrible. I called a week before I came to get into the cages and they said hit trax was working and that they had a pitching machine. They have a little baseball tee, and the hit trax hasnt been working for over a year. And also, they only have foam baseballs and softballs. It was also thirty dollars for an hour, which isnt worth it. And the guy running the cage kept criticizing me about my swing. Please go anywhere else for batting cages. Not a tiny cage with a tee and foam balls.

HORRIBLE garbage store with horrible trash employees. Waiting 30 min for someone to bring shoes out and when I get them there’s only 1 shoe in the box. I was told the other shoe is the display, but it’s a completely different size on display. Spent another 30 waiting for the pair of shoes but nothing but looks from associates and watching me waiting after multiple times of asking. Do not go here it’s the worst store

Went in today for most part employees were helpful and kind . Except for chubby guys with dark hair was so rude to me as I asked a customer service question and at first he pretended he didn’t hear me, but then answered back the second time with a nasty attitude. I was there with my one year-old son. I couldn’t believe how rude he was. So nasty and walked away for me while I was still talking. If you hate your job that much quit, don’t take it out on people shopping!!! I didn’t get his name as he had his name to covered .
