I had a very good experience at the DCH Toyota dealership in Freehold. I worked with Nigel who found me just what I was looking for and was helpful and professional. He was able to give me a fair deal on my trade-in and the whole process was positive. Thanks Nigel!

My son found a car at the dealership online and wanted to go look at it I was there to make sure he didn't get cheated or anything like that we met our salesperson Alexander he was very helpful friendly and helped us with the purchase he was very fair on price work with us on it definitely recommend going to this dealership. Alexander made the experience not only great for myself but my son too. I dealt with dealerships before and Shifty salesman and he's not one very helpful very honest and personable. This will be the dealership i go to when I ready for another vehicle for myself and I told a friend already about them.

Came in looking for a good reliable vehicle that fit my price range and got just that. The staff was very respectful and helpful as well. Especially the salesman who took care of me there, Alexander. The car industry needs more individuals like him, it was a pleasure doing business at your establishment.

When we arrived we were abrasively greeted by Ann at the door. I assumed the sales floor knew we were coming in because we called at 9 to remind them and let them know our arrival time but I guess I was wrong. Ann was in a rush the whole time. It was never a "hello, how are you?". She was cold and didn't care that we had traveled down to see the vehicle. Just kept rushing us saying others were coming to see the vehicle. I felt pressured and overwhelmed. I wore a mask because I have a really bad medical condition after getting covid back in 2021. It is called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome so anything can trigger anaphylaxis. I don't have a choice between wearing a mask or taking medication every 2 hours. She looked at me with an eye roll when I placed the mask on before walking into the dealership. My test drive wasn't enjoyable as she continued to repeat "the car is fine, we are the best dealership" or "we inspected it, it's fine". When we got back she brought us a paper with the total cost and just said "here it is". Briefly explained what everything was and kept staring at me to sign the deal. But then she handed the keys off to another sales associate. Another group was now testing driving the vehicle. We had questions and just wanted more explanation. She just kept telling us that is how we do it here and pressuring for me to sign as she was also dealing with another customer for 20 minutes right next to us. My husband said we won't sign till that vehicle is back on the lot and he inspected it to make sure everything was okay after another group test drove it. She was annoyed with us. I kept asking why on a used vehicle perma plates and nitro fill was necessary. She just said I had no choice but to accept it. Once the car came back, my husband asked to go walk out with Ann and check out the vehicle.I walked over to the sales manager to explain we felt overwhelmed, pressured, and if he could re-explain to us what the extra charges were. He was more than happy to provide us with an explanation and help sweeten the deal for us after we talked a few minutes about our travel down here and my husband having to celebrate veterans day in a dealership. My husband is a captain in the PA national guard. When Ann came back from outside with my husband and I explained I spoke to the sales manager in reference to the price and extras. She was now rude and annoyed and wouldn't make eye contact with us. I told her I was ready to sign after my husband gave me the okay from inspecting the under part of the car. Every slip I had to sign I was rushed through and pulled from me before I could finish my last name.It was a nightmare. I had asked if they clean the car before we drive off of the lot because I just wanted to make sure they didn't spray the inside and her response was "NO! it just gets a fast car wash." Prior dealerships have detailed the vehicle for us and have left us with at least a half tank of gas. This wasn't the case for your dealership. Once we were transferred to Tommy Tu things turned around. Tommy was kind and compassionate. He had offered for us to move into his office where it was quiet. He listened to our concerns and explained everything. He took the time with our paperwork to make sure everything was right. Tommy was a wonderful finance manager and honestly he is the reason why we closed the deal with your dealership and the sales manager who helped us get a reasonable deal on the vehicle, not Ann.Leaving your dealership yesterday I didn't feel excited or proud to be the new owner of the 2013 highlander. I felt defeated, pressured and upset that a sales representative just saw us a commission check and not a family just looking to get into a newer safer used vehicle.

The whole front team spammed emails and texts to get my attention. Then, when I asked for the out the door price, they wanna ignore me and say the car is sold. Ruthless tactics .

Funny how they told me that it must've been my fault why my bumper went flying off in the highway (the day after they serviced my car and rotated my tires-where the bumper fastens) so now that there is a recall do you think they will refund me the $1500 I came out of pocket to get a new bumper? Or I guess I'll have to get a lawyer and they can pay their fees too....I knew this was a bigger issue with manufacturing since this was a new feature on the 2022 models ...sure enough now they are recalling them! weartv.com/news/nation-w…

The Toyota dealership on route 9 in freehold is amazing. The gentleman there that took care of us Vincent (Vinny) went over and beyond for. I would totally recommend him and definitely go back if and when I need another car. I was very happy and the experience was great.

I am once again super pleased with the experience at DCH Freehold Toyota. I have leased my 4th car and bought another car with the help of Vincent Vitolo and the rest of the staff. In addition to the kindness and patience they all had with me, they were informative and knowledgeable; making the entire process pain free! All of my questions and concerns were answered honestly and I recommend anyone looking for a car to head over there and ask for Vincent as he is wonderful to work with. I have to thank Matt as well who spent a lot of time working with me to figure out the financial aspect of the purchases, leaving me confident with the decisions I made. Highly recommend this dealership!

Brian the sales manager was fantastic and is great at his job. 2 Months after buying my used car (as-is) he sent me a check to cover some work I had to get done, even though he was under no obligation to do so. I ran into many logistical hiccups and he helped every step of the way. Highly recommend this place, they are honest and trustworthy, which is unfortunately rare in this world.

The service center at DCH Freehold Toyota employs incompetent mechanics and straight up crooks. Brought our car in for an oil change and was told that the car needed serious work (radiator, spark plugs, brake pads). They would not let us pick up the car until we agreed to some of the repairs. Literally. After we left the lot, the AC stopped working. Which was unusual because it had been working fine when we brought our car in. When we brought the car back in, they claimed that it was old and needed to be replaced - which we knew was untrue because it had been replaced recently!This dealership is not recommended! It's one thing to push for extraneous services, it's another to cause damage for work.Shameful business!

Great dealership experience. Ian-Michael Salon did an outstanding job explaining the features of the vehicle and working through the deal. I ended up getting a great deal on my 2023 RAV4 Prime (thousands less than any other Toyota dealer in the area). The entire team was great to work with and extremely professional. I would recommend this dealers help to anyone looking for a new Toyota, or any used vehicle.

Great dealership!! From the moment we walked to the front desk, Ash was there to great us and helped us secure an amazing vehicle.Was upfront and provided the Carfax. Took us for a drive and really gave us a comfortable and quality first-time-car-buyer experience!We had a million questions, and he was so patient. Especially when traveling with a very involved in laws, he was extremely kind and patient with all their questions/concerns. Especially being out of state buyers, Ash's professionalism, patience, and knowledge about various vehicle makes/models was really what pushed us to buy this car.Dont buy cars from NYC! Ian Michael Salon is one great person I have ever met in buying cars.
