We just bought a Toyota Rav 4 here. Jordon Gaeta was our salesman and he is excellent!!!! He is a very nice guy and makes the whole process smooth and easy. Any questions you have he gets right back to you. Jordon is very knowledgeable and polite. I found him from the reviews and he really is amazing!!! Thanks Jordon and DCH we love our new Toyota

VINNIE (Vincent Vitolo) is definitely your guy: polite, straightforward, well-informed, and very kind. I felt very comfortable. We bought a car from this dealership; and then hit a small snafu with re-connecting the hybrid car to to the app after we accidentally disconnected it, so we returned to fix that. Both times service was excellent. My husband encouraged me to go to this dealership after several positive experiences he had had with the sales staff before; I on the other hand had gone to other places for my own vehicle purchases in the past was not so lucky. So I was hesitant, but in the end it was a very positive experience. I know where to go from now on! Overall great service, great experience, would highly recommend to family members and friends. We got a very good vehicle for a reasonable price. I am immensely grateful.

Impeccable !!!! That’s the one word I could use to describe my buying experience at Freehold Toyota .. and that even comes up short.
Professional, Honest, Considerate ..
The operation they have is second to none. Allow me to give a special thanks to Jordan Gaeta in sales ( a true gentleman ) Patient, knowledgeable and understanding.. His role was more like guiding me with correct decision making .. rather than one those High Pressure Dealerships.. I also must mention the entire Management Team special thanks to Paul in finance . He was prepared and respected my time .
This review would not be complete without acknowledging the General Manager Anthony Cerillo ..One of kind ! He treated me as if I was a family member.. it was refreshing to finally find a dealership with its own unique approach to customer satisfaction.

My initial experience was with a female salesperson was horrible . When I gave a bad review, I was called to explain my review.
The management immediately gave me a new salesperson, Jordon Gaeta, he was everything I expected a salesman to be and more. Polite, respectful, understanding and knowledgeable, and couldn’t have made my new car purchase experience any better. This totally changed my mindset on what customer service satisfaction meant to Toyota of Freehold, and customer service. I went from a very personal negative experience to a completely positive experience. I now would recommend Toyota of Freehold to everyone looking for a new vehicle and strongly suggest asking for Jordon Gaeta. I so appreciated the concern for my happiness with my purchase, and turning my new car purchase experience completely around. This is the first time that my husband and I purchased a vehicle from DCH Toyota, and it will not be the last. We drove three hours from upstate New York to purchase a Toyota Crown that was on their lot. Bruno was our Salesman, and we can't say enough good things about him. He was the absolute best. He is friendly, kind, understanding and genuine. He made our car buying experience a pleasure. I also have to mention all the rest of the staff as well for being extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. If you are in the need of a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend DCH Toyota, Bruno, and the rest of the staff. Do not bother to look anywhere else. You will not be sorry.

First time car buyer! Went with a RAV4 Hybrid. I spent my buying process with Ian and he really made this process much better than I thought it would be. Ian was patient enough to talk me through all of my options and even offer his opinion on certain aspects of the deal. Grateful for him!

We have bought and leased cars since 1970. Every time we go into a car show room we break out in a sweat. But, news flash, there is a salesperson at a dealership that is AWESOME!! His name is JORDON GAETA. This young man is the most patient, caring , honest and understanding salesperson that we have ever met. DCH Toyota should be honored to have him working for them. So if you need a new or used Toyota go and see JORDON GAETA at DCH Toyota. We will only buy cars from him.

Generally I'll do almost anything to avoid spending any time at all in a car dealership but Jordan at DCH Toyota Freehold was excellent. He made the experience easy and painless from start to finish. I got a very fair trade-in on my old truck and we were able to work on terms for my new Tundra so that it made sense for me. No wasted time either. The whole process moved along and there was no sitting around while someone "talked to the manager" I would highly recommend you go see Jordan.
