Conveniently located within freehold raceway mall. Nice shop with a lot of varieties for men and women. We liked few collections and for few . Priced a little high but the quality was good .. service and billing could be quicker . It’s slow especially when slightly crowded . Parking is crazy in this mall. Lots of eateries and restaurants in this mall. Liked it overall

Love this store. Cutest styles for kids. Helped me with returns and exchanges with no problems. All the workers I've encountered have always been more than willing to help.

Went there to return an online order and took out what I needed to return, with tags and the order paper. The worker didn’t even touch what i wanted to return, he just said that they didn’t do returns and I would have to mail it back. Gave no other explanation or reason. I was confused because online it said that they accepted online purchases in store. Reached out to Cotton On and the company confirmed that the employee was mistaken.
